目的探讨生命意义与心理健康水平的关系。方法运用修订的生命意义量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对531名高中生进行施测,并对中学生的生命意义和心理健康各因子进行描述统计、相关分析和逐步回归分析。结果高中生心理健康各因子得分... 目的探讨生命意义与心理健康水平的关系。方法运用修订的生命意义量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对531名高中生进行施测,并对中学生的生命意义和心理健康各因子进行描述统计、相关分析和逐步回归分析。结果高中生心理健康各因子得分高于全国常模,且各因子与全国常模相比差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);生命意义总分及各因子与心理健康总分及各因子之间存在一定程度的相关(r=0.1157-0.457,P〈0.01);回归分析表明,生命意义对心理健康各因子的回归效应均达到显著(B=0.054-0.284,P〈0.01),是预测个体心理健康水平的良好指标。结论高中生生命意义与心理健康关系密切。 展开更多

Especially in the nine years of compulsory education stage, we should ensure necessary physical exercise, reasonable arrangements for extracurricular activities to improve students' physical fitness. We should improve the school' s sports facilities, and create a good campus atmosphere. Schools should actively carry out extra-curricular sports activities, improve the level of quality of physical education teachers, develop students' sports consciousness, and improve material conditions for the students to create a good learning environment, meanwhile, we should increase the content of education, and enrich the content of physical education to enable students to select and reach more sports. 展开更多

First year of college was found to be the most challenging and stressful year due to the transition from home to school and the adjustment to new life, however, others reported that pre-graduates suffered from more mental problems under the pressure of job-hunting and uncertainty of future. This study sought to examine mental health development measured with University Personality Inventory (UPI) among Chinese college students and its relationship with family factors (family income, family residence, and sibling status~) with a longitudinal design. Data of 390 Chinese college students were collected at their first and the third year of college period. The results showed that Chinese college students' overall mental health declined in the third year than in the first year. Urban students showed a more rapid increase in physical symptoms from the first year to the third year than rural students. The results indicated that psychological intervention should be extended to students facing graduation, especially those from urban area. 展开更多
