In rIFN γ therapy group rIFN γ, androgenic hormones and predinison were used. In routine therapy group just androgenic hormones and predinison were used. Courses of treatment in both of the two groups were 3 6 months. Results showed the Europe American curative effect standard the total effective rate was 83.3% in rIFN γ therapy group and 25% in routine therapy group. Difference was significantly X =4.75, P<0.05. The therapy, while compared with routine therapy rIFN γ was more effective. It could keep the patients peripheral blood cell counts in a save square, and length the patients life term and has a bood short term therapeutic effectiveness when rIFNγ was used for the treatment of children with low展开更多
