光信号在漏液检测中的深度应用

漏液检测是一项十分重要的监测工作,应用的领域非常广泛,然而在一些特殊环境如电磁干扰等情况下,漏液检测会失去灵敏和准确,难以完成需求。为了攻克这一问题,将稳定可靠的光信号融入漏夜检测设备中的技术应运而生,并逐渐发展出了优秀的... 漏液检测是一项十分重要的监测工作,应用的领域非常广泛,然而在一些特殊环境如电磁干扰等情况下,漏液检测会失去灵敏和准确,难以完成需求。为了攻克这一问题,将稳定可靠的光信号融入漏夜检测设备中的技术应运而生,并逐渐发展出了优秀的侧向耦合漏液检测系统,该系统基于STM32光纤,由上位机模块与硬件模块共同组成。上位机通过滤波算法比较漏液信号的均差,能够去除偶发脉冲造成的干扰,降低系统的反应时间和误报几率,提升传感带的灵敏度。硬件系统囊括了信号转换器模块以及光纤传感器模块,将STM32作为信号变换器的控制芯片,做到光信号的传输与放大。整个系统通过传感带进行级联安装,充分保障工作稳定,实现每一个传感点单点标定,将误差控制在2%以内。 展开更多

针对现有针织圆纬机编织过程中纱线输送状态监测不及时,特别是断纱、走纱等常见故障诊断准确率低等现状,结合工艺需要,对圆纬机送纱监测方法进行分析,提出一种基于红外感光原理的外挂式纱线监测方案。基于光电信号处理技术,设计纱线运... 针对现有针织圆纬机编织过程中纱线输送状态监测不及时,特别是断纱、走纱等常见故障诊断准确率低等现状,结合工艺需要,对圆纬机送纱监测方法进行分析,提出一种基于红外感光原理的外挂式纱线监测方案。基于光电信号处理技术,设计纱线运动状态监测总体框架,并给出关键硬件电路及软件算法。通过试验测试及上机调试表明,该方案能及时监测圆纬机编织过程中纱线运动特性,提高圆纬机断纱、走纱等常见故障诊断正确率,对国产针织圆纬机编织的纱线动态检测技术具有一定促进作用。 展开更多

The effect on intensity correlation time T by input signal is studied for gain-noise model of a single-mode laser driven by colored pump noise and colored quantum noise with colored cross-correlation with a bias signal modulation in this paper. By using the linear approximation method, we detect that there exists maximum (i.e., resonance) in the curve of the intensity correlation time T upon bias current io when the noise correlation coefficient λ is positive; and there exists minimum (i.e., suppression) in the T-io curve when λ is negative. And whenλ is zero, T increases monotonously with increasing io. Furthermore, the curve of T upon the signal frequency Ω is also studied. Our study shows that no matter what the value of λ is, there exists minimum (i.e., suppression) in the T-Ω curve. 展开更多

A novel nano-scale alignment technique based on Moiré signal for room-temperature imprint lithography in the submicron realm is proposed. The Moiré signals generated by a pair of quadruple gratings on two templates respectively are optically projected onto a photodetector array, then the detected Moiré signals are used to estimate the alignment errors in x and y directions. The experiment result indicates that complex differential Moiré signal is sensitive to relative displacement of the pair of marks than each single Moiré signal, and the alignment resolutions obtained in x and y directions are ±20nm(3σ) and ±24nm(3σ). They can meet the requirement of alignment accuracy for submicron imprint lithography. 展开更多

The frequency of digitally controlled iodine stabilized He-Ne laser locked to a hyperfine component in ^127I2 was measured using the National Metrology Institute of Japan's reference iodine stabilized He-Ne laser. This laser is operated under the conditions of the practical implementation and its frequency with respect to the International Committee for Weights and Measure recommended value is known from international comparisons. Adopting a sampling rate of 120 kHz for the control system of an iodine stabilized He-Ne laser enables frequency deviation of the test laser from the reference laser by + 5 kHz (relative accuracy of 1 ×10^11) thus limited only by the reproducibility of the iodine stabilized He-Ne laser itself. 展开更多
