Methods 100 RA cases were enrolled from January 2012 to February 2013 into this study. HIV screening was conducted with ECLIA detecting both HIV-1 p24 antigen, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, with ELISA and colloidal gold method detecting HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies. The samples producing positive results were submitted to the Center for Disease Control for confirmation using Western blotting method. The antibody titers of rheumatoid factors(RF) including RF-IgG, RF-IgM, RF-IgA, and CCP-IgG were analyzed by ELISA. Results The HIV positive-rate determined by ECLIA was significantly higher than that by ELISA and colloidal gold method(P<0.01). The false-positive rate of HIV screening was associated with antibody titers of RF-IgG, RF-IgM, RF-IgA, and CCP-IgG in RA(P<0.01). Conclusion Immunological factors, including RF and anti-CCP antibody, may influence the screening of HIV by ECLIA, producing false-positive result.展开更多

Constituents in essential oils of Angelica sinensis root were identified by GC-MS with the help of subwindow factor analysis (SFA) method resolving two-dimensional original data into mass spectra and chromatograms. 76 of 97 separated constituents in essential oil of Angelica sinensis root were identified and quantified, and they account for about 91.36% of the total content. The results show that ligustilide, butylene phthalide, 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol, carvacrol, allo-ocimene,2,6,6-trimethylbicyclo-[3,1,1]hept-2-ene are the main constituents in essential oil of Angelica sinensis root.展开更多

X-ray diffraction was employed to characterize the resulting samples. The results of XRD indicate that the α-Y2Si2O7 nanocrystal with size of 27 nm is obtained at 1000 ℃ and the doping ion content does not influence the structure. The excitation spectra in the UV and VUV ranges and the emission spectra of Re^3+ doped samples were measured. The excitation spectra in the VUV range is due to absorption of host, that in the UV range is ascribed to absorption transitions from 4f to 5d state of the Tb^3+ and the charge transfer in the En^3+-O^2- bond. The spectral energy distribution of the Tb^3+ emission depends strongly on the Tb3+ concentration. The dependence of photolumineseenee intensity on Re^3+ concentration is also discussed in detail. The fluorescent decay curves at room temperature were measured and analyzed.展开更多

The colourless bifunctional dye in film or solution exhibits unusual photochromism through structural and geometrical transformation from spirobenzopyran to merocyanine accompanying with photocrosslinking reaction in cinnamoyl moieties. Two kinds of photochemical reaction were achieved by irradiation at the different wavelengths of monochrome UV light (275 nm, 365 nm) selectively. The photochromic process of the bifunctional dye was discussed and the dynamic behaviors of the decolorization process were investigated.展开更多
