CO_(2)生物转化技术的开发为解决能源转型和气候变化问题提供了可能。人工光合群落是由密切协作的光合自养微生物与异养微生物组成的新一代生物炼制平台,能够通过群落成员间的互利代谢分工,高效地利用光能将CO_(2)直接转化为生物质和多种化学品,是实现负碳生物制造的潜在途径之一,因其在适用性和鲁棒性方面的优势受到了广泛的关注。近年来,随着系统生物学研究和合成生物技术的快速发展,多种研究策略被用于人工光合群落的设计与优化,取得了长远的进展,促进了对光合群落生产的理解。本文综述了光合群落的互作机制、独到优势和系统生物学研究方法,着重介绍人工光合群落的底盘升级、固定化/区室化技术、加强内部多层次调控等设计与优化策略以及在不同领域的应用进展。在此基础上,探讨了进一步将人工光合群落规模化应用所面临的光合效率和中间碳水化合物限制以及外源生物污染等潜在挑战,对纳米半导体材料杂合、物种间精细互作关系调控、基于多组学数据的群落模型构建等未来的改造方向和研究策略进行了展望。 展开更多

为研究白三叶、多年生黑麦草和鸭茅各生育期群落光合生理生态特性,探讨三者作为人工草地混播组合的生态适应性,用CI-310便携式光合仪测定了各生育期群落光合特性,并分析了硝酸还原酶活性(NRA)以及叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明:白三叶、... 为研究白三叶、多年生黑麦草和鸭茅各生育期群落光合生理生态特性,探讨三者作为人工草地混播组合的生态适应性,用CI-310便携式光合仪测定了各生育期群落光合特性,并分析了硝酸还原酶活性(NRA)以及叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明:白三叶、多年生黑麦草和鸭茅光合生理生态指标互补优势明显,光合生理生态适应性较强,推测光合生理生态特性能够作为混播牧草搭配组合的重要参考指标;开花期,鸭茅群落同化CO2的净光合速率、同化CO2的光能利用效率(LUE)和同化CO2的水分利用效率(WUE)日平均值分别为17.9μmol/(m2.s),40.9mmol/mol和44.2 mmol/mol均显著高于多年生黑麦草和白三叶;开花期和成熟期LUE日变化曲线呈“V”字形,中午LUE较低,成熟期鸭茅的最高值可达54.5 mmol/mol,而最低值仅为15.1 mmol/mol;WUE各生育期日变化均呈逐渐下降的趋势,3种牧草WUE的差异主要表现在上午;白三叶硝酸还原酶活性在整个生育期均显著高于多年生黑麦草和鸭茅,而多年生黑麦草和鸭茅的差异不显著;分蘖期和开花期多年生黑麦草和鸭茅叶绿素a和b的含量高于白三叶,在枯黄期却相反。 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on photosynthetic rate of Leymus chinensis in the grasslands of different degrading degrees. [Method] With the L. chinensis in Inner Mongolia Baiyinxile Ranch as the research object, different rations of nitrogen fertilizer were applied to the grassland (0, 30, 50, 80 g/m^2). The effect of different gradients of nitrogen fertilizer on photo- synthetic rate of Leymus chinensis, and the effect on grasslands of different degrading degrees were analyzed. [Result] The photosynthetic rate of L. chinensis in- creased with the increase of nitrogen gradients; in the grassland communities with different degrading degrees, the responses of the photosynthetic rate of L. chinensis to nitrogen fertilizer were different, and the response in the grassland with severe degradation was the best. [Conclusion] Nitrogen fertilizer played an important role in enhancing the restoration degree of grassland. 展开更多

Aims Natural hybridization between invasive and native species,as a form of adaptive evolution,threatens biodiversity worldwide.However,the potential invasive mechanisms of hybrids remain essentially unexplored,especially insights from soil chemical properties and soil microbial communities.Methods In a field experiment,soil microbial community,potassium-solubilizing bacteria,phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria,enzyme activities,and light-saturated photosynthetic rate were measured in invasive Sphagneticola trilobata and its hybrid with native Sphagneticola calendulacea in 2 years.Important Findings In general,soil dissolved organic carbon and the biomass of phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria were significantly higher under the hybrid treatment than S.trilobata and S.calendulacea.However,there were no significant differences in acid phosphatase,total PLFAs,bacterial PLFAs,fungi PLFAs,cellulase,and urase in these treatments.The hybrids had significantly higher light-saturated photosynthetic rate,photosynthetic nitrogen-,phosphorus-,potassium-use efficiencies than the invasive S.trilobata,but no significant difference with S.calendulacea.The total biomass and root biomass of hybrids were higher than S.calendulacea.Our results indicate that the hybrids species have a higher invasive potential than S.calendulacea,which may aggravate the local extinction of S.calendulacea in the future. 展开更多
