以纳米流体为工作介质的直接光热转换是太阳能利用的重要部分,纳米流体的制备受到众多研究者的关注。炭黑具有化学性质稳定,光谱吸收宽等特点,作为纳米添加颗粒在太阳光吸收与光热转换领域应用广泛。然而,炭黑极易团聚,影响了其在纳米... 以纳米流体为工作介质的直接光热转换是太阳能利用的重要部分,纳米流体的制备受到众多研究者的关注。炭黑具有化学性质稳定,光谱吸收宽等特点,作为纳米添加颗粒在太阳光吸收与光热转换领域应用广泛。然而,炭黑极易团聚,影响了其在纳米流体中的推广应用。利用环境友好型的骨胶与炭黑通过球磨法制备炭黑骨胶纳米复合材料,提高炭黑在去离子水基液中的分散稳定性。通过扫描电镜(SEM),紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计(UV-vis-NIR)和自组装的光热转换装置等对样品性能进行表征。结果表明,炭黑骨胶纳米流体解决了炭黑易团聚的问题,具备较好的分散稳定性和光热转换性能,质量分数0.006%的炭黑骨胶纳米流体光热转换效率可达94%,较去离子水基液提高了20%。 展开更多

It was incandesced at various temperatures and modification effect was compared. The results showed that optical absorption of sample incandesce at 423K occurred significant red-shift. Light absorption width extended from ultraviolet region to visible region, especially there was an intensive absorption between 600 nm and 680 nm. X-ray diffraction spectrogram showed that TiO2 in sample still maintained anatase crystal form. Under the illumination of visible light, photocatalysis degradation experiment was taken with Eosin B as simulated pollutants. Decoloration rate of Eosin B was much improved. The rate can reach 80% in 300 minutes. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Wuziyanzong treatment on the sperm quality and content of cal- cium ions (Ca2+) in oligoasthenospermia rats. METHODS: A model of oligoasthenospermia was induced in 50 Sprague Dawley rats by treatment with tripterygium glycosides at 30 mg/kg per day for 8 weeks. They were divided randomly into a model group, a positive group (Huangjingzanyu capsule, 3.01 g/kg), and low, medium and high dose Wuziyanzong treatment groups (2.30, 4.60, 9.20 g/kg crude drug respectively) with 10 in each group. Another 10 rats were used as a control group. The rats in the control and model groups were administered distilled water, while the rats in the remaining groups were administered Wuziyan- zong for 30 d. The epididymides were removed, spermatozoa recovered and the sperm density and viability were measured. The spermatozoa were pu- rified and the contents of Ca2~ in the cytoplasm and mitochondria were detected by flow cytometry and atomic absorption spectrometry, respectively. RESULTS: After 8 weeks of treatment with tripteryg- ium glycosides, the sperm density, sperm activity and the Ca2~ content of spermatozoa in the model rats were all significantly decreased compared with the control group (all P〈O.05). After 30 d treatment, the sperm density and activity improved and the Ca2+ content of sperm were increased significantly in the medium and high dose Wuziyanzong treat- ment groups in comparison with the model group (all P〈O.05). CONCLUSION: The Wuziyanzong treatment in: creased sperm density, improved sperm viability and enhanced the content of Ca2+ in the sperm cy- toplasm and mitochondria in this rat model of oli- goasthenospermia. 展开更多
