以甲苯 2 ,4 二异氰酸酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、丙烯酸 β 羟乙酯为原料合成了光敏性树脂。经三乙胺中和后可以得到稳定的自乳化体系。考察了光引发剂种类、用量、干燥条件、中和度、中和剂种类及结构对光固化速度的... 以甲苯 2 ,4 二异氰酸酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、丙烯酸 β 羟乙酯为原料合成了光敏性树脂。经三乙胺中和后可以得到稳定的自乳化体系。考察了光引发剂种类、用量、干燥条件、中和度、中和剂种类及结构对光固化速度的影响。结果表明 ,本体系优选光引发剂Irgacure10 0 0的质量分数为 3 %时固化速度最快 ;干燥条件对光固化速度有很大的影响 ;随着中和度的提高 ,固化速度下降 ;用NaOH作为中和剂时 ,后期固化速度快于用三乙胺 ;聚合物结构对固化速度有一定的影响 ,随着PBA/DMPA和HEA/DMPA比例的提高 ,固化速度加快。 展开更多

光固化流体树脂预防性充填和普通窝沟封闭术的效果对比 被引量:1

目的探讨对窝沟封闭患者分别采用光固化流体树脂预防性充填以及普通窝沟封闭术进行治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2017年1月1日—2018年12月31日收治的100例窝沟封闭治疗患者进行治疗研究;随机分为参照组(于左下颌第一磨牙选择传统窝沟... 目的探讨对窝沟封闭患者分别采用光固化流体树脂预防性充填以及普通窝沟封闭术进行治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2017年1月1日—2018年12月31日收治的100例窝沟封闭治疗患者进行治疗研究;随机分为参照组(于左下颌第一磨牙选择传统窝沟封闭术进行治疗)和试验组(于右下颌第一磨牙选择光固化流体树脂实施预防性充填治疗),各50例;比较两组患者不同时期修复体成功率。结果试验组3个月成功50例(100%),1年成功46例(92.00%),2年成功40例(80.00%);参照组3个月成功48例(96.00%),1年成功40例(80.00%),2年成功24例(48.00%);试验组3个月以及1年修复体成功率同参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组2年修复成功率(80.00%)高于参照组(48.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光固化流体树脂预防性充填方法有效应用后,同普通窝沟封闭术比较,可将2年后修复体成功率显著提高,可促进窝沟封闭治疗患者总预后水平显著提高。 展开更多

Monodisperse ZnxCd1-xS spheres were successfully fabricated with a high yield by a facile hydrothermal route.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy and UV-vis diffusion reflectance spectroscopy.The results indicate that all the prepared samples have the same hexagonal wurtzite phase and exhibit good size uniformity and regularity.Degradation of rhodamine-B(RhB) was used to evaluate the photocatalytic activities of ZnxCd1-xS samples.Zn0.4Cd0.6S possessed the best photocatalytic activity and exhibited high stability during the reaction. 展开更多

Two kinds of UV curable polyurethane acrylate oligomers (PUPA and PUCA) were synthesized via the addition reaction between isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polyethylene glycol monoacrylate (PEA6) or polycaprolactone modified hydroxyethyl acrylate (PCLA2). The structures of PUPA and PUCA were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), IH nuclear magnetic resonance (^H NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and the thermal stability and dynamic mechanical thermal properties of their cured films were measured by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), respectively. The viscosity of the oligomers and mechanical properties of the cured films were also studied. The results show that both oligomers have narrow molecular weight distribution. The viscosity of PUPA is 2.310 Pa.s at 25 ℃, while that of PUCA is: up to 3.980 Pa-s. The UV cured PUPA and PUCA films have homogeneous phase structure, and the PUCA film shows higher glass transition temperature and storage modulus. Furthermore, the PUCA film possesses better mechanical properties than PUPA, while the latter shows better alkali resistance. 展开更多

Multiple Coatings can Improve the Bond Durability of One-step Self-etching Adhesive to Primary Dentin

Objective To investigate whether multiple coatings can improve the bond durability of one-step self-etching adhesive to primary dentin. Methods Twelve caries-free human primary molars were randomly divided into 2 groups. In group 1, each tooth was hemisected into 2 halves. One half was assigned to the control subgroup 1, which was bonded with a commercially available one-step self-etching adhesive according to the manufacturer's instruc- tions; the other half was assigned to experimental subgroup 1, in which the adhesive was applied three times before light curing. In group 2, one split half tooth was bonded with a commercially available one-step self-etching adhesive according to the manufacturer's instructions; for the other half, three layers of adhesive were applied with each successive layer of light curing. Specimens were stored in 0.9% NaC1 containing 0.02% sodium azide at 37℃ for 18 months and then were subjected to microtensile bond strength test and the fracture mode analysis. Results When the adhesive was applied three times before light curing, the bond strength of the ex- perimental subgroup 1 was significantly higher than that of the control subgroup 1 (47.46__+13.91 vs. 38.12+11.21 MPa, P〈O.05). When using the technique of applying multiple layers of adhesive with each successive layer of light curing, no difference was observed in bond strength between the control subgroup and the experimental subgroup (39.40+8.87 vs. 40.87-+9.33 MPa, P〉O.05). Conclusion Multiple coatings can improve the bond durability of one-step self-etching adhesive to primary dentin when using the technique of light-curing after applying 3 layers of adhesive. 展开更多
