为了实现连续稳定、高速、高精度和高灵敏度的光学旋光测量,考虑到弹光偏振调制技术具有高的调制频率、调制纯度、调制精度和良好的调制稳定度等应用优势,设计了一种基于弹光调制的旋光测量新方案.检测激光经起偏器、测量样品、弹光调... 为了实现连续稳定、高速、高精度和高灵敏度的光学旋光测量,考虑到弹光偏振调制技术具有高的调制频率、调制纯度、调制精度和良好的调制稳定度等应用优势,设计了一种基于弹光调制的旋光测量新方案.检测激光经起偏器、测量样品、弹光调制器和检偏器到探测器的光路设计,使得测量系统选用较少的光学器件,最大化地降低了光学器件可能引入的测量误差;起偏器和检偏器偏振轴相对于弹光调制器快轴方向分别取0°和45°的光学安排,并选择弹光调制的二倍频信号作为研究对象,有效避免了弹光调制器剩余双折射对旋光样品测量的影响,提高了旋光测量精确度;将探测器输出调制信号的直流和交流分开输出,并将交流信号进行前置放大处理,然后再锁相输出,进一步提高了测量灵敏度.设计了将激光调制为圆偏光,然后精确调节起偏器来替代样品的旋光测量验证试验,确定了系统旋光测量的比列系数,并且获得旋光测量灵敏度为3.15×10^(-7)rad,测量精度优于0.3%.所以,本方案实现了较高灵敏度旋光测量,有望应用于高灵敏旋光测量领域,并且本方案的实验可为高灵敏旋光测量系统的定标提供参考. 展开更多

The calculated results show that the optical vortex possesses two advantages in trapping the high-index micro-particles compared with that of the conventional optical tweezers,of which one is the axial f( rce induced by the optical vortex and is three times as great as that of the optical tweezers under the. same power level, and the other is of two equilibrium positions in the optical vortex, which indicates that optical vortex is more suitable in trapping particles. The result indicates that when the monochromatic light enters this circular polarizer in the positive direction and the negative direction,the emergent light should be circularly polarized light,of left-handed and right-handed rotation respectively. 光学旋光法是一种无创血糖检测技术,通过测量眼前房水内葡萄糖浓度来确定体内血糖浓度水平。人眼运动引起的实时变化的双折射是实现旋光法无创血糖测量的主要限制因素之一。设计了实时、闭环、双调制多波长偏振系统来测量人工前房内的... 光学旋光法是一种无创血糖检测技术,通过测量眼前房水内葡萄糖浓度来确定体内血糖浓度水平。人眼运动引起的实时变化的双折射是实现旋光法无创血糖测量的主要限制因素之一。设计了实时、闭环、双调制多波长偏振系统来测量人工前房内的葡萄糖浓度,人工前房由离体角膜固定在人工眼房上构成。采用眼耦合装置使光直线穿过眼前房从而避免了空气与角膜之间折射率不匹配引起的光线弯曲。存在运动引起的双折射时,采用双波长旋光系统测量眼模型内的葡萄糖浓度,两次预测葡萄糖浓度的标准差分别为18.9mg/dL和15.2mg/dL,表明该系统具有降低活体角膜实变双折射的潜力,有利于实现与血糖浓度相关的眼前房水内葡萄糖浓度的精确测量。 展开更多

Based on the Collins integral, an analytical propagation formula of a hollow vortex Gaussian beam through a paraxial ABCD optical system is derived. Due to the special distribution of the optical field, which is caused by the initial vortex phase, the dark region of a hollow vortex Gaussian beam will not disappear upon propagation. The analytical expressions for the beam propagation factor, the kurtosis parameter, and the orbital angular mo- mentum density of a hollow vortex Gaussian beam passing through a paraxial ABCD optical system are also derived, respec- tively. The beam propagation factor is determined by the beam order and the topological charge. The kurtosis parameter and the orbital angular momentum density depend on beam order n, topological charge m, parameter y, and transfer matrix ele- ments A and D. As a numerical example, the propagation properties of a hollow vortex Gaussian beam in free space are demonstrated. The hollow vortex Gaussian beam has eminent propagation stability and has crucial application prospects in op- tical micromanipulation. 展开更多

We propose a method to verify the focusing properties by using apodized photon sieves. The apodized photon sieve is obtained by using a Gaussian window function to modulate the general photon sieve. Focusing properties of apodized photon sieve are studied by numerical simulations and experiments. It shows that photon sieves have good focusing ability, and the focusing ability of the photon sieve on the focal plane is stronger than that on other image planes. The experimental results also demonstrate that photon sieves can be used to generate optical vortices. The existence of optical vortices is confirmed by the formation of fork fringes. This apodized photon sieve is expected to have some practical applications in focusing analysis, optical imaging, and optical communication. 展开更多
