针对现有飞行器类型识别仿真方法主要以单传感器、单目标识别为主,没有考虑真实场景下光电、雷达、电子侦收等多种传感器设备对飞行器参数联合采集的过程,导致仿真场景不丰富、变化不够复杂的问题。构建了面向多源传感器的飞行器综合仿... 针对现有飞行器类型识别仿真方法主要以单传感器、单目标识别为主,没有考虑真实场景下光电、雷达、电子侦收等多种传感器设备对飞行器参数联合采集的过程,导致仿真场景不丰富、变化不够复杂的问题。构建了面向多源传感器的飞行器综合仿真平台,包括:光电模拟器,使用循环生成对抗网络生成飞行器红外图像;空情模拟器,采用三自由度飞行方法生成飞行器运动轨迹;雷达模拟器,利用椭球方程模拟目标的雷达轨迹和雷达反射截面积;电抗模拟器,通过典型信号源收集和随机噪声引入来模拟复杂电磁环境。在仿真数据集上的实验结果表明,引入多种传感器信息能有效提升目标类型的识别效果,提升模型辅助决策能力。 展开更多

Two kinds of monolithically fabricated circuits are demonstrated in GaAs-based material systems using resonant tunneling diodes(RTD) and metal-semiconductor-metal photo detectors(MSM PD). The electronic characteristics of these fabricated RTD devices,MSM devices,and integrated circuits are tested at room temperature. The results show that the current peak-to-valley ratio is 4,and the photocurrent at 5V is enhanced by a factor of nearly 9,from 2 to about 18μA by use of recessed electrodes. The working theory and logical functions of the circuits are validated. 展开更多

At the same time, considering the process requirements, the optimum structure parameters of silicon photodetector are obtained by numerical calculation and simulation. The transmission delay of photogenerated carriers in a CMOS-process-compatible double photodiode (DPD) is analyzed by using device simulation.The DPD small signal equivalent circuit model which includes transmission delay of photogenerated carriers is given.From analysis on the frequency domain of the circuit model the device has two poles.One has the relationship with junction capacitance and the DPD’s load,the other with the depth and the doping concentration of the N-well in the DPD.Different depth of the N-well and different area of the DPDs with bandwidth were compared.The analysis results are important to design the high speed DPDs. 展开更多

This paper proposes the financial index of payback period analysis in order to evaluate the economic performance of lighting system. Conventional designs and proposed optimal design using the Energy Conversation Promotion Act (No. 2) B.E. 2550 of Ministry of Energy (Section--The Type or Size of Building Standards and Rules and Procedures, Building Design for Energy Conservation, Act B.E. 2552) are compared based on illumination standard for office building in term of energy consumption, return of investment and environmental impact. Firstly, the Type or Size of Building Standards and Rule and Procedures, Building Design for Energy Conservation, Act B.E. 2552 is reviewed and compared with the conventional designs of lighting system for office building. Next, the lifetime energy consumption of fluorescent lamp T5 with electronic ballast, fluorescent lamp T8 with standard ballast and fluorescent lamp T8 with electronic ballast are simulated using DIALux software program in three sizes office buildings. Then, the payback period and CO2 emission of lighting system for selected office building are simulated by various scenarios, which the analytical results show are the optimal lighting system for office building under the present situation. Finally, the optimal design of lighting system for designated office building in Thailand will be discussed with respect to the energy performance with environmental friendly. 展开更多
