在油画风景写生中,瞬间之美是绘画主体对客观物象的主动性选择,是对风景的选取与暂停,同时也是主观情思寄情于景的切入,这一过程对绘画作品的成败起着决定性的意义。"取景"在油画风景写生中,也叫做构图安排,它不是绘画主体简... 在油画风景写生中,瞬间之美是绘画主体对客观物象的主动性选择,是对风景的选取与暂停,同时也是主观情思寄情于景的切入,这一过程对绘画作品的成败起着决定性的意义。"取景"在油画风景写生中,也叫做构图安排,它不是绘画主体简单的一种物理性运动,它需要绘画主体主动选取,同时还要根据影响客观物象的内外部因素特征去把握。在外部因素方面,物象随光色变化而变化,展现出不同的色彩;在内部因素方面,绘画主体应从其独特审美角度出发,寻找一种陌生化的形象。此外,"取景"瞬间能力的养成离不开长期的写生实践。文章从这三个角度展开,寻求"取景"瞬间在绘画写生中的重要方法。有效的"取景"能够提高一张绘画作品的格调,产生丰厚的艺术感染力,造就艺术效果的情感持久,展现出瞬间之美。 展开更多

A series of photochromic diarylethene derivatives containing different fluorophores was synthesized by the Sonogashira coupling reaction and characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C NMR and mass spectroscopy. Photochromic conversion of Cz-MS was observed and its structural change was confirmed by proton NMR. Switchable absorption and emission phenomena were observed for these molecules. These phenomena were attributed to the reversible photochromic fluorescence resonance energy transfer (pcFRET) process. The design of this novel photochromic system of Py-4MS enables information to be processed in a non-destructive manner. This overcomes the problem of the destructive nature of tracking photochromism using ultraviolet (UV)-vis spectroscopy. 展开更多

A scattering layer whose matrix was made of high refractive index glass was formed on a glass substrate, and pores in the glass matrix work as scattering centers. The out-coupling efficiency of an OLED using this substrate is 1.8 times higher compared with an OLED using an untreated glass substrate. Furthermore angular dependency of the color and color variation between panels can be successfully suppressed. 展开更多

Calculations have been performed to investigate the pressure-induced solid-solid phase transitions and the mechanical stability for three zinc-blende II-VI semiconductor compounds: ZnS, ZnSe, ZnTe by ab initio plane-wave pseudopotential density functional theory (DFT). Using the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) for exchange and correlation in the scheme of Perdew-Wang 1991 (P Wgl ), the ground state properties and equation of state are obtained, which are well consistent with the experimental data available and other calculations. On the basis of the forth-order Birch-Murnaghan equation of states, the transition pressures Pt are determined through the analysis of enthalpy variation with pressure. A linear-response approach is used to calculate the frequencies of the phonon dispersion. Finally, by the calculations of phonon frequencies, some thermodynamic properties such as the vibrational contribution to the Helmholtz free energy (F), enthedpy (H), entropy (S), and the heat capacity (Cv ) are also successfully obtained. 展开更多

Bacteriorhodopsin (BR) is a photochromic membrane protein isolated from a strain of halobacteria.Embedment of BR into a polymeric matrix enables the application of the photoactive protein as an optical material.In this work,a chemically crosslinked BR/gelatin film was prepared.The cross-linked film was found to be highly stable even under extreme alkaline or detergent circumstance while BR maintained its bioactivity.The treatments of base and detergents also led to dramatic prolongation of the lifetime of M photoproduct,which might be beneficial for potential applications such as information storage.The BR/gelatin film was demonstrated to tentatively record a simple pattern. 展开更多

A high non-photochemical quenching(NPQ) appeared below the phase transition temperature when Microcystis aeruginosa PCC7806 cells were exposed to saturated light for a short time.This suggested that a component of NPQ,independent from state transition or photo-inhibition,had been generated in the PSII complex;this was a fast component responding to high intensity light.Glutaraldehyde(GA),commonly used to stabilize membrane protein conformations,resulted in more energy transfer to PSII reaction centers,affecting the energy absorption and dissipation process rather than the transfer process of phycobilisome(PBS).In comparison experiments with and without GA,the rapid light curves(RLCs) and fluorescence induction dynamics of the fast phase showed that excess excitation energy was dissipated by conformational change in the photosynthetic pigment proteins on the thylakoid membrane(PPPTM).Based on deconvolution of NPQ relaxation kinetics,we concluded that the fast quenching component(NPQ f) was closely related to PPPTM conformational change,as it accounted for as much as 39.42% of the total NPQ.We hypothesize therefore,that NPQ f induced by PPPTM conformation is an important adaptation mechanism for Microcystis blooms under high-intensity light during summer and autumn. 展开更多

We analyze the effects of average index variation on the transmission characteristics of an index-apodized long-period fiber grating (LPFG) by the transfer matrix method and study how these effects depend on the grating length, the grating profile, the modal dispersion factor, and the duty cycle of the index modulation. Apart from shifting the resonance wavelength and modifying the rejection band, average index variation can give rise to significant side lobes that may appear on the short-wavelength or long-wavelength side of the rejection band, depending on the signs of the average index change and the modal dispersion factor. Our results provide general guidance for the writing of LPFGs for the minimization of side lobes. Our analysis compares well with published experimental results and should be useful for the design and fabrication of LPFGs. 展开更多
