以毛霉型豆豉为研究对象,对其进行不同光质条件的前发酵处理,测定前发酵产品水分、氨基酸态氮、酸性蛋白酶活力等理化指标,并进行微生物测序,以探究不同光质条件对毛霉型豆豉前发酵品质的影响。结果表明,在不同光质条件下,毛霉型豆豉前... 以毛霉型豆豉为研究对象,对其进行不同光质条件的前发酵处理,测定前发酵产品水分、氨基酸态氮、酸性蛋白酶活力等理化指标,并进行微生物测序,以探究不同光质条件对毛霉型豆豉前发酵品质的影响。结果表明,在不同光质条件下,毛霉型豆豉前发酵过程中水分、氨基酸态氮、酸性蛋白酶活力变化趋势相似,水分呈逐渐降低趋势,氨基酸态氮和酸性蛋白酶活力呈逐渐上升趋势;避光条件下氨基酸态氮含量和酸性蛋白酶活力最高,红光条件下两者都略微高于蓝光,而白光条件下最低;微生物测序法的结果显示在不同光质条件下,毛霉型豆豉前发酵中微生物群落结构不同,从而导致品质差异。该研究为毛霉型豆豉前发酵时期光质条件的选择提供了理论支持。 展开更多

随着行业对高质量水产养殖需求的日益增加,饵料微藻的工业化LED培养受到越来越多的重视。本文通过室内培养实验,研究了不同光质(红蓝光4∶1、红蓝光2∶1、红蓝光1∶2、红蓝光1∶4、蓝光、红光、白光)对典型饵料微藻普通小球藻(Chlorella... 随着行业对高质量水产养殖需求的日益增加,饵料微藻的工业化LED培养受到越来越多的重视。本文通过室内培养实验,研究了不同光质(红蓝光4∶1、红蓝光2∶1、红蓝光1∶2、红蓝光1∶4、蓝光、红光、白光)对典型饵料微藻普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)生理生长特征的影响。结果表明红蓝光1∶4作用下普通小球藻生长效果最佳,其最大细胞密度为(1.80±0.03)×10^(8)cells/mL、最大比生长率为(1.09±0.12)d^(-1)、叶绿素a含量为(20.71±1.00)mg/L;蓝光更有利于普通小球藻总蛋白质的合成和积累,其含量为(1.22±0.08)g/L;红蓝光1∶2的光质更有利于总氨基酸的合成和积累,其含量为(10.92±0.50)mmol/L;红蓝光1∶4的光质更有利于藻细胞总脂的合成,其含量为(37.67±1.155)%。红蓝光1∶4光质条件培养的普通小球藻产量更高,拥有较多储能物质,作为饵料微藻的质量更高。本结果为高质量饵料微藻工业化LED培养提供了参考方案。 展开更多

[Objective] The study aimed to reveal the effect of photoperiod and temperature on male fertility of cytoplasmic male sterile line Vtai911289a in wheat and discuss the mechanism of male fertility alteration. [ Method ] The sowing-date tests and designed conditions were conducted during 2003 -2005. [ Result] Fertility of Vtai911289a, could alter under specific photoperiod and temperature conditions. Temperature is one of the main factors influencing male fertility of the male sterile lines. Vtai911289a, showed stable sterility under the condition of the mean of daily temperature at fertility sensitive stage lower than 19℃ and presented partial fertility when the mean of daily temperature at fertility sensitive stage lower than 20 - 22℃. Photoperiod to some extent affects the male fertility of Vtai911289a, long-day condition is helpful for the male fertility of the sterile line. [ Conclusion] The application of photoperiod temperature-sensitive cytoplasmic male sterile line in production has a higher safety than that of temperature sensitive sterile line. 展开更多

To deal with the construction difficulties of Xiangjiaba underground hydropower station,such as complex geological conditions,narrow rock bench,high loading,high quality requirements and urgent time limit,the project adopted the concept of precision blasting.The explosive energy and rock mass fragmentation were well controlled by taking reasonable excavation sequence,designing steel pipe drilling frame,the additional techniques of double layer smooth blasting,evenly micro charge,staggered arrangement of boreholes and pre-stressed anchors.These technologies ensured the excavation quality of the rock face beam,achieving successful blasting results:Semi hole ratio was 100%in Ⅱ surrounding rock,99.2%in Ⅲ surrounding rock and 90%~ 97.3%in Ⅳ surrounding rock;underbreak was avoided and the average backbreak was only2.9 cm;the unevenness was 0 ~ 4 cm;the influence depth of blasting and unloading was 0.2 ~ 0.7 cm. 展开更多
