魁北克将Aclasta列入补偿目录

自今年10月1日起加拿大魁北克将为Novartis公司每年用药一次的骨质疏松治疗药Aclasta(zoledronicacid5mg/100ml,唑来膦酸)(1)提供补偿,该药用于患有绝经后骨质疏松症(PMO)而又不能接受口服二膦酸盐的妇女。

目的总结前入路腹膜前Kugel补片治疗腹股沟疝的体会,确定此技术的安全性和有效性。方法2003年至2008年作者使用美国巴德公司生产的Kugel补片,进行前瞻性开放式前入路腹膜前修补67例71侧腹股沟疝的临床研究,并记录手术时间、术后并发症... 目的总结前入路腹膜前Kugel补片治疗腹股沟疝的体会,确定此技术的安全性和有效性。方法2003年至2008年作者使用美国巴德公司生产的Kugel补片,进行前瞻性开放式前入路腹膜前修补67例71侧腹股沟疝的临床研究,并记录手术时间、术后并发症、复发率等。结果在71侧腹股沟疝中,原发疝68例,其中左侧斜疝27例和直疝1例,右侧斜疝29例,双侧斜疝3例,双侧直疝1例,股疝3例。复发斜疝3例。手术时间30~60min,平均50min;术后6~24h下床活动;术后出院时间4~8d(平均6d)。切口甲级愈合,无感染、皮下血肿、阴囊积液。随访7~48个月(平均28个月)无复发。结论前入路Kugel补疝修补术不仅具有微创、无张力,术后并发症少等原来的特点,而且还有安全有效、操作简单、学习曲线短、手术适合症广、利于青年医生学习和掌握等优点。 展开更多

目的:探究kugel补片前入路腹股沟疝修补术与平片无张力疝修补术(Lichtenstein)疗效及并发症比较分析。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年6月在广州中医药大学附属东莞市中医院接受治疗的腹股沟疝患者66例进行研究,分为对照组33例和观察组33例... 目的:探究kugel补片前入路腹股沟疝修补术与平片无张力疝修补术(Lichtenstein)疗效及并发症比较分析。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年6月在广州中医药大学附属东莞市中医院接受治疗的腹股沟疝患者66例进行研究,分为对照组33例和观察组33例,对照组采用Lichtenstein修补术,观察组采用kugel修补术,比较两组各项治疗指标和并发症情况。结果:观察组手术时间长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组术后下床时间快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组和观察组住院时间、住院费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。对照组并发症发生率高于观察组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对于Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型患者,Lichtenstein修补术和kugel修补术效果均比较理想,但是对于Ⅲ型和Ⅵ型患者,kugel修补术要优于Lichtenstein修补术,集中表现为复发可能性小方面。 展开更多

R&D subsidy policy of domestic firm considering foreign firm competition

Taking the advanced technology of the foreign firm into account, a mixed duopoly three-stage game model is established in the context of research and development(RD)investment subsidies and product subsidies for domestic firms provided by the government, and the RD subsidy policy of domestic firms in competition with foreign firms is analyzed.The equilibrium output, RD investment of the domestic firm, social welfare and the value of government subsidies are derived, in the case of the two policies, RD investment subsidies and product subsidies for domestic firms, provided by the government. The results show that, the equilibrium output and the optimal social welfare under the RD investment subsidy policy are both less than those under the product subsidy policy; the optimal RD investment under the RD investment subsidy policy is less than that under the product subsidy policy; and the RD product subsidy has a more obvious incentive effect on firm RD investment. Under the background of the leading edge of technology of foreign firms, the product subsidy policy drawn up by the government to encourage RD innovation of domestic firms is more effective than the RD investment subsidy policy. 展开更多

This paper presents the quantitative assessment results of rainwater supply to groundwater in Cai Phan Rang River basin, Ninh Thuan province, Vietnam. In order to obtain the results, the authors developed two experimental areas with 10 wells which were monitored in one year to assess the infiltration supply of rainwater to groundwater. The results of this research assessed the amount of rainwater infiltrates into groundwater varies from 307.16-314.98 tam·year^-1, average is 311 mm·year^-1. The findings are significant in terms of science which identify sources of groundwater storage from the infiltration supply of rainwater. The findings are also practical in suggesting measures to reserve groundwater for the purpose of socio-economic development in the study area. 展开更多

The precipitation recharge coefficient(PRC), representing the amount of groundwater recharge from precipitation, is an important parameter for groundwater resources evaluation and numerical simulation. It was usually ... The precipitation recharge coefficient(PRC), representing the amount of groundwater recharge from precipitation, is an important parameter for groundwater resources evaluation and numerical simulation. It was usually obtained from empirical knowledge and site experiments in the 1980 s. However, the environmental settings have been greatly modified from that time due to land use change and groundwater over-pumping, especially in the Beijing plain area(BPA). This paper aims to estimate and analyze PRC of BPA with the distributed hydrological model and GIS for the year 2011 with similar annual precipitation as long-term mean. It is found that the recharge from vertical(precipitation + irrigation) and precipitation is 291.0 mm/yr and 233.7 mm/yr, respectively, which accounts for 38.6% and 36.6% of corresponding input water. The regional mean PRC is 0.366, which is a little different from the traditional map. However, it has a spatial variation ranging from –7.0% to 17.5% for various sub-regions. Since the vadose zone is now much thicker than the evaporation extinction depth, the land cover is regarded as the major dynamic factor that causes the variation of PRC in this area due to the difference of evapotranspiration rates. It is suggested that the negative impact of reforestation on groundwater quantity within BPA should be well investigated, because the PRC beneath forestland is the smallest among all land cover types. 展开更多

This paper presents a simple and straight-forward static model of the micro-foundations of the environmental Kuznets curve, in which the relationship between income and pollution depends on the relative magnitudes of the diminishing income-compensated price elasticity of environmental amenity and increasing marginal propensity to earn environmental amenity out of non-environment income. The smaller the income-compensated price elasticity and the larger the marginal propensity to earn out of non-environment income, the earlier the turning point emerges. This paper exploits an optical large multiple input multiple output(MIMO) system.We first establish the non-reciprocity compensation correction factor to solve the channel non-reciprocity problem.Then we propose an antenna selection algorithm with the goal of realizing maximum energy efficiency(EE) when satisfying the outage EE.The simulation results prove that this non-reciprocity compensation correction factor can compensate beam energy attenuation gap and spatial correlation gap between uplink and downlink effectively,and this antenna selection algorithm can economize the number of transmit antennas and achieve high EE performance.Finally,we apply direct current-biased optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(DCO-OFDM) modulation in our system and prove that it can improve the bit error rate(BER) compared with on-off keying(OOK) modulation,so the DCO-OFDM modulation can resist atmospheric turbulence effectively. 展开更多
