本文以创新为出发点,探讨了企业中思想工作的处理最重要的在于创新,其中包括观念创新,内容创新,制度创新,目标创新,载体创新。通过以上创新的实现可以更好的加强和改进企业的思想政治工作。

Looking ahead to significant improvements in mining safety and health through innovative research and effective diffusion into the industry

Mining safety and health improvements over the past decades are remarkable by many metrics, and yet the expectation of society, and the goal of the mining industry, is zero harm. If we examine the underlying enablers for the significant gains that have been achieved, the key role that research to help understand the causes of problems and to develop lasting solutions is clear. Many of the remaining challenges have been resistant to solutions by various approaches. Some, such as fatalities and injuries from ground control or powered haulage are prominent year after year. Different approaches are indicated and new solutions will be required if we are to achieve a goal of zero harm. These will originate with research, but into which topics, and what are some of these different approaches? This paper examines the current state of mine safety in the United States and highlights areas of significant opportunity for research that will lead to solutions. The likely direction of research that will enable realization of the ‘‘zero harm'' goal is described in terms of evolutionary and revolutionary approaches. Both are important, but the author's view is that some of the largest gains will be made with trans-disciplinary approaches that break from the past. Topical areas of research are suggested and several research questions are given to illustrate the direction of future research in mining safety and health.

Creative Industries Agglomeration,Regional Innovation and Productivity Growth in China

This paper falls into the broad area of economic geography and economics of creativity,and it presents an alternative approach to explain why total factor productivity(TFP)growth is different across China′s regions.It establishes an empirical model to estimate the spatial agglomeration effects of creative industries on regional TFP growth,using China′s provincial panel data during the period of 2003 to 2010.We found that the creative industries agglomeration(CIA)has significant and positive impact on regional TFP growth.The result also implies that the CIA can facilitate regional TFP growth through promoting regional innovation instead of improving regional efficiency.Therefore,we argue that policy makers should take some measures to retain and establish more creative zones.

Innovation--the Key Factor in Entrepreneurial Cycles

This paper focuses on the innovation as a key factor in entrepreneurial cycles particularly in those who deal with production. Taking into the consideration the whole entrepreneurial cycle, the innovation is the most sensitive factor that determines the products giving to them the ＂soul＂ and in most cases separating successful from unsuccessful ones on the market. In the era of global market, competitiveness became one of the most important factors for each company. Within an enterprise, the engineers are those who are qualified and responsible to take care about the competitiveness of the products that company produce. They have to be introduced not just about the technology in sense of ＂how to made smt.＂, but even rather ＂bow to make the better product than others＂. ＂Better＂ could be involved in product various characteristics as quality, functionality, durability and any other ones which will convince the customer to buy it. The engineers should be more focused on the ＂value＂ involved in the product rather than on its ＂materialization＂, simply because the customers buy the value for him/her. By neglecting innovation, companies become just a simple economy subjects, without entrepreneurial elements, losing competitiveness and endanger their future. In long-term perspective, the permanent innovations implemented in the products and services as well as in the production process enable companies to became or remain competitive on the market.

Could Innovation be Driven by Globalization？

This paper examines the critical role of globalization as a driver for innovation. The introduction of the global strategy quadruple model truly links the three known strategy perspectives （namely, industry competition, resources and institution views） and performance. The model could assist in advancing the cause of sustainable competitive advantages. This study could assist scholars in addressing the three important research questions： （1） Why are some finns more innovative than others？ （2） What effects do product, firm, industry, and market innovativeness have on business performance？ and （3） Does the link between innovativeness and business performance depend on all or some of the innovativeness factors of product, firm, industry, and market？ The presented set of four hypotheses, when tested, will result in a better understanding of the links and relationships among a firm＇s global strategy, innovativeness, and business performance. The quadruple model presented can be used to examine these relationships in general and in the context of innovation. It is anticipated that this paper will assist researchers, business management, and analysts in developing global innovation strategies.

Impact of corporate culture on the development of business management based on the perspective of the corporate culture of innovation

With the development of the knowledge economy and economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is increasingly reflected in culture competition. The increasingly role of corporate culture on the survival and development of enterprises becomes the cornerstone of competitiveness and the key factor of success of enterprise. In this case, the study, use and practice of corporate culture under the new situation, are very important. Creating a people-oriented and innovation -oriented corporate culture, can provide the most effective and the most long-lasting platform to a strategic enterprise managemem. Throughout the history of the development of successful companies, all have a protbund precipitation of their own culture. But corporate culture is the most obscure area of business management, so far the most challenging part to each enterprise, it is reflected in the values, morale and the way businesses communicate, but also in the staff behavioral habits. This shows that the corporate culture is closely related to the survival and development of enterprises, determining the survival of enterprises. Building enterprise culture naturally has become a hot topic, but also an indispensable factor to establish a scientifically administrative system.
