针对层次化继电保护控制系统中保护装置就地安放的需求,目前集中式母线保护直接就地安放存在功耗过大、回路复杂等问题,提出了基于HSR环网的分布式母线保护就地化实现方案。该方案中,各间隔配置独立的间隔子机,独立采集各个间隔的采样... 针对层次化继电保护控制系统中保护装置就地安放的需求,目前集中式母线保护直接就地安放存在功耗过大、回路复杂等问题,提出了基于HSR环网的分布式母线保护就地化实现方案。该方案中,各间隔配置独立的间隔子机,独立采集各个间隔的采样和开关量数据。通过双重冗余HSR环网将子机互联并共享数据,采用全主式设计方案,各子机独立逻辑判断,改进的插值同步技术使得母线保护不依赖于外界对时,同时增加光旁路设计,降低了母线保护运维的复杂性。该母线保护样机成功通过专业机构检测和试运行,验证了该方案的可行性。 展开更多

Using sensor and GPS to make a trajectory planning for the stationary obstacle, autonommus mobile robot can asstmae that it is placed at the center of the map, and from the distance information between autonomous mobile robot and obstacles. But in case of active moving obstacle, many components and information need to process since their moving trace should be considered in real time. This paper mobile robot's driving algorithm of unknown dynamic envirormaent in order to drive intelligently to destination using ultrasonic and Global Positional Systern (GPS). Sensors adjusted the placement dependment on driving of robot, and the robot plans the evasion method according to obstacle which are detected by sensors. The robot saves GPS coordinate of complex obstacle. If there are many repeated driving, robot creates new obstacles to the hr, ation by itself. And then it drives to the destination resolving a large range of local minirmnn point If it needs an intelligent circtmtantial decision, a proposed algorithm is suited for effective obstacle avoidance and arrival at the destination by performing simulations. 展开更多

Its construction ... Global development equity is a concrete unity of the ethics of rights and responsibilities, modern and historical ethics, subject-centered and ecological ethics, and individual and collective ethics. Its construction requires prolonged effort and a comprehensive grasp of modernity, the laws of social development and the overall logic of social development, as well as an all-around readjustment of concepts, institutions and behaviors. Within the concrete and historical unity of rights and responsibilities, "the unity of limited global rights and limited global responsibilities" is an important principle for constructing global development equity. Declarations that China is practicing neo-colonialism are in fact inherently associated with Eurocentrism. The peaceful, joint and comprehensive development of China and other developing countries and China's historical advancement of global development equity are practical refutations of such assertions. 展开更多

This paper investigates the problem of fuel-efficient and safe control of autonomous vehicle platoons. We present a two-part hierarchical control method that can guarantee platoon stability with minimal fuel consumption. The first part vehicle controller is derived in the context of receding horizon optimal control by constructing and solving an optimization problem of overall fuel consumption. The Second part platoon controller is a complementation of the first part, which is given on the basis of platoon stability analysis. The effectiveness of the presented platoon control method is demonstrated by both numerical simulations and experiments with laboratory-scale Arduino cars. 展开更多
