以教育督导提升集团办学效益——湖南师大附中开展教育集团内部督导初步尝试

教育督导是现代学校综合治理的＂神兵利器＂,是全体教育同仁大有可为的广阔天地。2015年8月,我校积极响应国家和省市号召,正式成立了由七个集团成员校组成的湖南师大附中教育集团。教育督导之利器,适不适用于教育集团？我们的回答是肯定的。

爱心 细心 恒心

素质教育是一种全体教育，它要求学校教育不仅使学生得到全面发展，而且使每一位学生都得到全面发展。因此，要真正把素质教育落到实处，做好后进生的转化工作，就成了中学德育工作、特别是班主任工作的一个极其重要的组成部分。多年的工作经验告诉我，用“心”去帮助、教育、促进后进生的转化，是一种行之有效的途径。

浅谈小学生语文脱困的几点办法

教育学家布鲁姆认为：学生学习差异的主要成因在于家庭和学校环境不同。学困生是教师面向全体教育中的一个不容忽视的小群体（弱势群体）。作为负责任的教师，我们必须做好学困生的帮扶和转化工作。

专家型教师：成为知识工作者的风险

教师就是专家的概念在教育领域绝不新鲜。数百年来，导师或教师一直是公认的专家。在这种传统的环境下，专家型教师通过解释、示范和例子传送信息和技能给学生。总的目标是，反过来使学生所学成为在其相关生活环境中形成有用的经验。虽然学习的概念似乎是可行的，并且仍然是全体教育的总目标，但现实是，学习过程中有几个阶段可能或不可能变得轻松。

一、“小班化”教育实验的提出 班级授课制发展到今天已充分显示了面向全体教育的优越性,特别是在多媒体教育信息和技术飞速发展的今天,其教育功能和效率更加突出。但是,随着教育改革的发展,优质教育资源相对来说集中了,这为家长择校提供了土壤,学生择校的现象比较普遍,在一些热点学校,班额超荷，初中出现一个班有60-80人的“大班”现象。

Nuclear Safety Education for Non-nuclear Engineering Students

The new situations were analyzed for nuclear industry development and security. Besides nuclear wars and terrorism, reactor runaway and un-ruled radioactive source are the main nuclear accidents in peacetime. With the active development of the nuclear industry in China, the existing nuclear education system is becoming deficient or defective. Human factors play an important role in nuclear accident prevention and emergency response in the nuclear engineering system, non-nuclear professional staff are often the subject of personnel in most nuclear projects. In order to ensure the sustainable and efficient accord development of nuclear industry, general nuclear education is necessary for correlative non-nuclear professionals, such as technologies, management, safety, culture and ethic. The nuclear safety education should be included into the national education system.

Research on the Reform and Development of School Sports Education under the Perspective of Lifetime Sports and Nationwide Fitness

In this paper, we conduct research on the reform and development of school sports education under the perspective of lifetime sports and nationwide fitness. School physical education is the foundation and the strategic focus of the development of sports which is the foundation of the national fitness program which is also an important part of the whole education career. Our proposed approach and reform combines the advances of the state-of-the-art methodologies which will not only enhance the current model but set up for prospect and rnnrlifieatinn as well

Study on the Safety of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

This paper uses survey research methods to research the three factors affecting sports teaching safety and management in the colleges and universities. It proposed to increase the awareness of the safety of teachers and students. And it should have a rational organization of teaching. It also should increase financial input on a regular basis in the field and equipment maintenance. Specialized security agencies and establish safety management systems and contingency plans, to encourage students to participate in accident insurance, guarantee learning the sports teaching activities of the security.

Study on Foreign Teachers＇ Teaching Validity of English Majors

With the deepening of global economic integration, the internationalization of education has become the trend of education development in the world. The paper intends to study on foreign teachers＇ teaching validity from English majors＇ students＇ perspective. The essay mainly adopts the classroom observation method to directly observe foreign teachers＇ classroom. In addition, the paper used the questionnaire and interview method for the English major students to get the first-hand feedback information to explore the existing problems of foreign teachers and then puts forward some suggestions.There are there parts in this paper. The first part is introduction of background and significance, and then it mainly analyzes performance of English majors from the present situation of the foreign teachers＇ class, and finally solves some common problems in classroom teaching.

A Comparison between Adult Higher Education and Higher Education＇s Self-study Exam

Adult higher education and higher education＇ s self-study exam are parts of the continuing education system, and also very important parts of the education system in China. Now, in addition to the ordinary full-time higher education, these two education systems are important for the education system in China, and also are important ways for people to learn knowledge and get a diploma. However, a great number of students raise many questions about the difference between the two systems, and feel highly confused about choosing adult higher education or higher education＇ s self-study exam currently. In this paper, the similarities and differences between adult higher education and higher education ＇ s self-study exam are discussed, so that a good choice is easily made by students before one of them is applied.

现代企业教育制度辨析
