Compared with 51 patients without complete left bundle branch block (CLBBB), 13 patients with CLBBB had higher New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class (P<0. 05), increased left ventricular end-diastolic and end-systolic diameters (P<0. 002) and myocardial mass (P<0. 02). severe mitral regurgitation (P<0. 01) and higher mortality rate (P<0. 04). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis revealed that the presence of CLBBB was an independent prognostic factor for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.展开更多
