The surface characterization of the copolymer was performed by surface free energy calculation and AES analysis. The calculated result of surface free energy was 0.012 6 J/m\+2, which is much lower than that of organosilicon polymer. It was found by AES that perfluoroalkyl groups for the outermost layer has a decisive effect on the surface free energy.展开更多
