基于全球价值网的产业集群升级研究——以绍兴纺织业集群为例

在全球金融危机二次探底的背景下,成功嵌入全球价值网将对我国产业集群转型和战略升级提供强劲动力。文章以绍兴纺织产业集群为例,基于全球价值网理论,深入分析了绍兴纺织产业集群现状和问题,并结合本地的综合比较优势对绍兴纺织产业集群的国际化发展进行了剖析。最后结合绍兴纺织企业自身的优势和特点,提出在全球价值网视角下促进传统纺织产业集群升级的对策。

全球价值网中的逆向并购

该文从全球价值网中企业能力特征、竞争优势和在网络中所处的位置等因素,将发达国家先进企业和发展中国家后发企业各分为两类,可得到后者对前者实施的4类逆向跨国并购。这些并购活动对后发企业集聚价值链高端资源和改善网络关系具有重要意义。明确并购目标和自身并购优势,了解各类并购中被并购方出售意图,从而准确把握并购机会,规避并购风险,这将推动后发企业实现跨越式发展。

Through the discussion of the necessity of the ＂internalization＂ construction of the public diplomacy, the author carries out the discussion from the social and the cultural dimensions, in order to arouse the attention to the ＂internalization＂ construction of the public diplomacy, so that our country will be more influential in the politics, and more approachable in the images, and more appealing in the morality.
