南京圖書館藏祁彪佳尺牘論曲文字輯考(上)

今藏於南京圖書館的祁彪佳尺牘,有不少討論戲曲的文字,反映了天啓三年到崇禎十四年間(1623~1641),祁彪佳與諸友人借閲、抄録、品評、搜集戲曲的情况,記録了祁彪佳與袁于令、沈泰、王應遴、葉憲祖等戲曲家的交遊,對考索晚明戲曲及祁氏曲目的編纂情况,有重要價值。這批尺牘目前尚未影印出版,不易見到,今特作1録與箋注,以便讀者利用。

祁彪佳与他的《全节记》传奇

祁彪佳不光是明末小品名家、著名戏曲评论家,也是一位能按拍度曲的剧作家,由于其剧作除改编自释湛然杂剧的《鱼儿佛》外,余皆亡佚,因此今人研究他时,于其戏剧创作情况至今略无涉及。本文通过分析晚明政治和戏曲发展的背景,展示了祁彪佳平生的戏曲活动和戏曲创作概况,考辨出其作品《玉节记》传奇即是《全节记》,并揭示了该传奇的创作时间和刊刻情形。

探析李陵的“撞碑”与“封侯”

李陵是一个一生充满矛盾、既可悲又可叹的人物。他的传奇故事发轫于史传,在古代文人的诗歌中,以"苏李诗"为标志,与苏武的故事作为一种艺术载体不断被历代文人传诵和演绎。关于李陵故事的作品,先后有《李陵变文》、《牧羊记》、无名氏《李陵撞台全忠孝》(佚)、范震康《双卿记》(佚)、祁彪佳《全节记》(佚)、雪樵主人《双凤奇缘》、周乐清《明月胡笳归汉将》等。由于历史上李陵与苏武交谊深厚,又因苏武全节归汉而李陵背汉投降。

国家圖書館藏《遠山堂尺牘》,共收録祁彪佳295封信,其中有26封論及戲曲,從中可見崇禎年間祁彪佳與友人借閱、抄録、品評、搜集戲曲的情况,涉及祁彪佳與袁于令、沈泰、王應遴、王元壽等戲曲家的交遊,對考索晚明戲曲及祁氏曲目的編纂情况,有重要價值。今特作輯録與箋注,以便讀者利用。

Total synthesis of dansyl and biotin functionalized ganglioside GM3 by chemoenzymatic method

Ganglioside GM3, as well as other gangliosides, offers a variety of modifications in its sialic acid and ceramide moieties GM3 exhibits various types of important biological activities, due to the inability to effectively observe the trafficking of ganglioside GM3, developing sensitive research tools for specific monitoring of GM3 expression and activity is thus desirable. The total synthesis of a dansyl and biotin bifunctionalized fluorescent ganglioside GM3 were reported in this article. From lactose after 13 reaction steps, the compound of 2′ -biotinoylaminoethyl-6-N-dansylamido-6-deoxy-β-D-galatopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopy-ranoside was obtained in total yield of 16.2%. Sialylation of dansyl and biotin functionalized lactose by enzymatic method gave dansyl and biotin labeled ganglioside GM3. The fluorescent property of this compound was also investigated.
