[目的/意义]对科学计量研究中计数方法的相关概念进行界定,构建计数方法分类体系,梳理比较计数方法的特征和差异,分析现存问题并提出未来改进的方向和选择计数方法的建议。[方法/过程]首先概括计数方法的组成要素和使用流程,从信誉值分配的角度提出计数方法分类的两个要素,将计数方法分为全计数法与分数计数法两大类,并对各方法进行概述;以全计数与分数计数法的等权算法——full counts与fractional counts为例,从论文指标、引文指标、网络指标3个视角,比较计数方法的差异。[结果/结论]文章对于全计数与分数计数方法的优劣势、计数单元与计数对象的一致性、信誉值分配规则合理性、网络影响力测度4个方面的问题进行了思考,指出在未来上述4个方面进一步研究的方向。 展开更多

目的探讨全血连续计数法在脑梗死抗血小板治疗患者血小板聚集率检测中的应用价值。方法选择脑梗死患者32例,分别于入院时(未服用氯吡格雷),服用氯吡格雷1、3天采用全血连续计数法和光学比浊法检测最大血小板聚集率(MAR),分析两种检测方... 目的探讨全血连续计数法在脑梗死抗血小板治疗患者血小板聚集率检测中的应用价值。方法选择脑梗死患者32例,分别于入院时(未服用氯吡格雷),服用氯吡格雷1、3天采用全血连续计数法和光学比浊法检测最大血小板聚集率(MAR),分析两种检测方法的相关性和差异。结果三个时间段全血连续计数法检测的MAR均低于光学比浊法(P均<0.05);入院时全血连续计数法与光学比浊法的MAR无明显相关性(r=0.324,P>0.05),服用氯吡格雷1、3天,二者均呈正相关(r分别为0.872、0.647,P均<0.05)。结论全血连续计数法是检测脑梗死抗血小板治疗患者MAR的一种较好方法。 展开更多

[目的/意义]对国际合作论文进行科学的机构贡献度分析可反映该机构的国际合作参与情况。在计算机构贡献度时,除传统的全计数法外,还有多种分数计数法。[方法/过程]本文综合介绍了全计数法和基于作者的分数计数法(含第一作者计数、通讯作者计数和作者级分数计数)、地址分数计数法、机构分数计数法和国家分数计数法。通过示例来演示不同计数法在分析机构贡献度时的应用。最后以北京工业大学的土木工程和环境科学与工程学科2019年的国际合作论文为研究对象,综合运用全计数法和几种分数计数法来多角度反映北京工业大学在国际合作中的参与现状。[结果/结论]运用全计数法可分析比较两学科的国际合作论文发文量、国际合作率、国际合作广度和合作深度。第一作者计数、通讯作者计数可分析第一作者论文率、通讯作者论文率,作者级分数计数和机构级分数计数可量化分析非第一且非通讯作者论文中的机构贡献度。不同计数方法的综合应用,可以多角度反映机构国际合作论文的研究现状,详细比较同机构不同学科的国际合作差异。 展开更多

目的探讨临床检验工作中常用的三种检测方法对临床血小板计数结果的影响,借以提高临床血小板检测的准确性。方法选取本院住院和门诊病人EDTAK2抗凝全血标本,根据其检测红细胞平均体积分布宽度RDW和红细胞平均体积MCV大小,分成不同的组别... 目的探讨临床检验工作中常用的三种检测方法对临床血小板计数结果的影响,借以提高临床血小板检测的准确性。方法选取本院住院和门诊病人EDTAK2抗凝全血标本,根据其检测红细胞平均体积分布宽度RDW和红细胞平均体积MCV大小,分成不同的组别,分别采用临床常用的三种检测血小板的方法即显微镜直接镜检法,全自动全血细胞分析仪的光学法和电阻抗法分别进行处理。结果 RDW>17%为异常,RDW<17%为正常,当70 fL≤MCV<80 fL,RDW正常或异常时,三种测量方法对血小板计数结果无明显的统计学意义(P>0.05);当60 fL≤MCV<70 fL,RDW正常时,三种检测方法对血小板计数结果无明显的统计意义(P>0.05);当60 fL≤MCV<70 fL,RDW异常时,三种测量方法对血小板计数结果有明显的统计数意义,其中电阻抗法与直接显微镜计数和光学法计数差异有明显的统计意义(P<0.05);直接显微镜计数法与光学法差异无明显的统计学意义(P>0.05);当MCV<60,RDW异常时,全自动全血细胞计数仪电阻抗法与直接显微镜计数法和全自动全血细胞计数仪光学法有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05);光学法与显微镜直接计数法的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论当全血细胞计数仪使用电阻抗法测血小板时,如果红细胞体积MCV<70且红细胞体积分布宽度RDW>17%。建议采用直接镜检法或光学法对检验结果进行验证,借以提高血小板检测结果的可靠性和准确性,防范医疗差错的发生。 展开更多

Plenty of dams in China are in danger while there are few effective methods for underwater dam inspections of hidden problems such as conduits,cracks and inanitions.The dam safety inspection remotely operated vehicle(DSIROV) is designed to solve these problems which can be equipped with many advanced sensors such as acoustical,optical and electrical sensors for underwater dam inspection.A least-square parameter estimation method is utilized to estimate the hydrodynamic coefficients of DSIROV,and a four degree-of-freedom(DOF) simulation system is constructed.The architecture of DSIROV's motion control system is introduced,which includes hardware and software structures.The hardware based on PC104 BUS,uses AMD ELAN520 as the controller's embedded CPU and all control modules work in VxWorks real-time operating system.Information flow of the motion system of DSIROV,automatic control of dam scanning and dead-reckoning algorithm for navigation are also discussed.The reliability of DSIROV's control system can be verified and the control system can fulfill the motion control mission because embankment checking can be demonstrated by the lake trials. 展开更多

Analysis of the aerodynamic performance of high-speed trains in special cuts would provide references for the critical overturning velocity and complement the operation safety management under strong winds.This work was conducted to investigate the flow structure around trains under different cut depths,slope angles using computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The high-speed train was considered with bogies and inter-carriage gaps.And the accuracy of the numerical method was validated by combining with the experimental data of wind tunnel tests.Then,the variations of aerodynamic forces and surface pressure distribution of the train were mainly analyzed.The results show that the surroundings of cuts along the railway line have a great effect on the crosswind stability of trains.With the slope angle and depth of the cut increasing,the coefficients of aerodynamic forces tend to reduce.An angle of 75°is chosen as the optimum one for the follow-up research.Under different depth conditions,the reasonable cut depth for high-speed trains to run safely is 3 m lower than that of the conventional cut whose slope ratio is 1:1.5.Furthermore,the windward slope angle is more important than the leeward one for the train aerodynamic performance.Due to the shield of appropriate cuts,the train body is in a minor positive pressure environment.Thus,designing a suitable cut can contribute to improving the operation safety of high-speed trains. 展开更多

Combining the optimization and FEM technology,crashworthiness of aluminum extrusions was studied for an automobile safety plan.The effects of longitudinal stiffeners on the crushing of stiffened square columns were studied considering the damage evolution.The numerical analysis was carried out by ABAQUS software.Subsequently,the collapse behavior of aluminum extrusion damage was validated by comparing against solution published in literature.Finally,in order to find more efficient and lighter crush absorber and achieving minimum peak crushing force,response surface methodology(RSM) has been applied for optimizing the aluminum extrusion tube. 展开更多

A cluster analyzing algorithm based on grids is introduced in this paper,which is applied to data mining in the city emergency system. In the previous applications, data mining was based on the method of analyzing points and lines, which was not efficient enough in dealing with the geographic information in units of police areas. The proposed algorithm maps an event set stored as a point set to a grid unit set, utilizes the cluster algorithm based on grids to find out all the clusters, and shows the results in the method of visualization. The algorithm performs well when dealing with high dimensional data sets and immense data. It is suitable for the data mining based on geogra-(phic) information system and is supportive to decision-makings in the city emergency system. 展开更多

In this paper,a general scheme in digital self-interference cancellation at baseband for zero-IF full-duplex transceivers is presented. We model the self-interference signals specifically with only the nonlinear distortion signals falling in receiving band considered. A joint estimation algorithm is proposed for compensating the time delay and frequency offset taking into account the IQ amplitude and phase imbalances from mixers. The memory effect and nonlinear distortion are adaptively estimated by the de-correlated normalized least mean square(DNLMS) algorithm. Numerical simulation results demonstrate that the proposed self-interference cancellation scheme can efficiently compensate the self-interference and outperform the existing traditional solutions. 展开更多

This paper studies nonparametric estimation of the regression function with surrogate outcome data under double-sampling designs, where a proxy response is observed for the full sample and the true response is observed on a validation set. A new estimation approach is proposed for estimating the regression function. The authors first estimate the regression function with a kernel smoother based on the validation subsample, and then improve the estimation by utilizing the information on the incomplete observations from the non-validation subsample and the surrogate of response from the full sample. Asymptotic normality of the proposed estimator is derived. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated via simulations. 展开更多
