乾隆御璽“八徵耄念之寳”疏義

规范“八征”评估,提高基层医院早期识别急危重患者的研究

探讨八征”规范化检查对危重症患者急救效果。方法:将2011年8月至2015年4月我院抢救的410例血压、脉搏、呼吸、体温、意识、皮肤粘膜、瞳孔、尿量生命“八征”异常的危重症患者按照急救先后顺序随机地分为对照组(n=198)与观察组(n=212)... 探讨八征”规范化检查对危重症患者急救效果。方法:将2011年8月至2015年4月我院抢救的410例血压、脉搏、呼吸、体温、意识、皮肤粘膜、瞳孔、尿量生命“八征”异常的危重症患者按照急救先后顺序随机地分为对照组(n=198)与观察组(n=212),对照组采用常规急救措施,观察组采用“八征”规范化检查。比较两组患者平均接诊时间、抢救室护理干预时间以及急救总时间、基本生命支持5min内完成率及抢救成功率。结果:(1)观察组患者平均接诊时间、抢救室护理干预时间及急救总时间分别为(1.18±0.34)min、(4.29±0.58)min及(41.16±5.02)min,均显著小于对照组[分别为(2,20±0.62)min、(8.59±1.02)min及(60.29±6.77)min](P<0.01);(2)观察组患者基本生命支持5min内完成率及抢救成功率分别为85.85%(182/212)及94.34%(200/212),均显著高于对照组[分别为55.56%(110/198)及70,20%(139/198)](P<0.01)。结论:“八征”规范化检查对危重症患者急救效果显著,应在临床上进行推广。 展开更多

乾隆皇帝弘历在位六十年,做太上皇三年,是中国历史上掌握朝政时间最长的一位皇帝。他对自己一生的作为颇为得意,特别是与三代以下年过古稀的天子相比较,尤感自豪。在其登七秩之时,曾命选青玉镌刻“古稀天子之宝”,并把《古稀天子之宝记... 乾隆皇帝弘历在位六十年,做太上皇三年,是中国历史上掌握朝政时间最长的一位皇帝。他对自己一生的作为颇为得意,特别是与三代以下年过古稀的天子相比较,尤感自豪。在其登七秩之时,曾命选青玉镌刻“古稀天子之宝”,并把《古稀天子之宝记》镌刻其上。《古稀天子之宝记》又名《古稀说》,是弘历晚年的一篇杰作。此说不仅镌刻在印章上,出现在玉册、铜器、书画、织绣、家具上,而且乾隆年间进贡档案里也有古稀说贡品的记载。如“浙江巡抚觉罗琅(王千)跪进御制八征耄念之宝记、古稀天子之宝记地插屏成对。”故宫藏品中,也有嵌玉字古稀说插屏和嵌玉戗金古稀说桌屏等。这些器物大多质地优良,做工精细,具有很高的艺术价值。从户部左侍郎金简所进献的嵌玉戗金古稀说桌屏中,即可窥见其一斑。 展开更多

According to the basic characteristics of the activities of summer monsoon in the South China Sea, a standardized index, sI, has been designed that integrates a dynamic factor (southwesterly component) and a thermodynamic factor (OLR) for the indication of summer monsoon in the South China Sea. With the index determined for individual months of June, July and August and the entire summertime from 1975 to 1999, specific months and years are indicated that are either strong or weak in monsoon intensity. The variation is studied for the patterns and sI抯 relationship is revealed with the onset of summer monsoon and the precipitation in Guangdong province and China. The results show that there are quasi-10 and quasi-3-4 year cycles in the interannual variation of the monsoon over the past 25 years. When it has an early (late) onset, the summer monsoon is usually strong (weak). In the strong (weak) monsoon years, precipitation tends to be more (less) in the first raining season of the year but normal or less (normal) in the second, in the province, but it would be more (less) in northeastern China and most parts of the northern China and south of the lower reaches of the Changjiang River and less (more) in the middle and lower reaches of the river, western part of northern China and western China. 展开更多

Different characterization techniques such as FTIR spectrometery, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and solubility in different solvents were performed for the oxidized MWCNTs, MWCNTs-PEG and MWCNTs-ODA. The characterization techniques proved the presence of the functional groups on the MWCNTs surface. Thermal gravimetric analysis revealed that nearly 16% (by weight) of the MWCNTs were functionalized with PEG and 39% (by weight) was functionalized with ODA. 展开更多

Nanomagnetic CoPt truncated octahedral nanoparticles (TONPs) were successfully synthesised through a facile one-pot strategy. These single crystal CoPt TONPs with an average size of about 8 nm exhibit excellent electrocatalytic performance of both activity and stability for methanol oxidation reaction (MOR). The mass and specific activities of CoPt TONPs is 8 and 6 times higher than that of standard commercial Pt/C, respectively. After accelerated durability test (ADT), the loss of electrochemical surface area (ECSA) for CoPt TONPs is only 18.5%, which is significantly less than that of commercial Pt/C (68.2%), indicating that CoPt TONPs possess much better stability than commercial Pt/C in the prolonged operation. The Curie temperature of CoPt TONPs down to 8 nm is as high as 350 K with weak ferromagntism at room temperature (RT), which is greatly valuable for recycling in the eletrocatalytic applications. 展开更多
