The network resource allocation in SDN for control applications is becoming a key problem in the near future because of the conflict between the need of the flow-level flexibility control and the limited capacity of f...The network resource allocation in SDN for control applications is becoming a key problem in the near future because of the conflict between the need of the flow-level flexibility control and the limited capacity of flow table.Based on the analysis of the difference of the definition of network resource between SDN and traditional IP network,the idea of the integrated allocation of link bandwidth and flow table for multiple control applications in SDN is proposed in this paper.Furthermore,a price-based joint allocation model of network resource in SDN is built by introducing the price for each of the resources,which can get the proportional fair allocation of link bandwidth and the minimum global delay at the same time.We have also designed a popular flow scheduling policy based on the proportional fair allocation of link bandwidth in order to achieve the minimum global delay.A flow scheduling module has been implemented and evaluated in Floodlight,named virtual forwarding space(VFS).VFS can not only implement the fair allocation of link bandwidth and minimum delay flow scheduling in data plane but also accelerate packet forwarding by looking up control rules in control plane.展开更多

The rational allocation of corporate control between different behavioral agents has attracted more and more attention. This paper points out that scholars have studied the allocation of corporate control from the angles of the agency cost theory, property rights theory, corporate finance theory, and the theory of corporate governance, which has great value. However, the existing theories also have some flaws on the allocation of corporate control. First, people still have different understandings and views over the meaning of corporate control. Secondly, the existing research theoretically only observes and studies an arrangement of sheer level control, the allocation between final control and real control. This paper argues to build the two-tier allocation of corporate control: The first tier relation is between ultimate control rights and actual control rights, the second tier relation is between indirect control rights and direct control rights which are in actual control rights. This study can explain the resource allocation effects of corporate control, promote the development and improvement of the theory of the firm.展开更多

In this paper, we integrate the above approa...Existing works have addressed the interference mitigation by any two of the three approaches: link scheduling, power control, and successive interference cancellation(SIC). In this paper, we integrate the above approaches to further improve the spectral efficiency of the wireless networks and consider the max-min fairness to guarantee the transmission demand of the worst-case link. We formulate the link scheduling with joint power control and SIC(PCSIC) problem as a mixed-integer non-linear programming(MINLP), which has been proven to be NP-complete. Consequently, we propose an iterative algorithm to tackle the problem by decomposing it into a series of linear subproblems, and then the analysis shows that the algorithm has high complexity in the worst case. In order to reduce the computational complexity, we have further devised a two-stage algorithm with polynomial-time complexity. Numerical results show the performance improvements of our proposed algorithms in terms of the network throughput and power consumption compared with the link scheduling scheme only with SIC.展开更多
