Thread of password detection has been known as the vulnerability in this PKI system. Recently, studies have been conducted on Bio PKI system that uses the biometric information of users in order to replace the password type of private key protection in PKI system. However, Bio PKI system also has vulnerability in that biometric information used for protection of private key cannot be reused once it is stolen or lost. So, we propose the method to protect the private key using FIDSEQi which binds sequence to biometric information. The proposed method enhances reusability of biometric information and presents higher attack complexity than the method of authentication by cross matching single biometric information.展开更多

The key idea of the algorithm is to pursue the maximum total spectrum utilization of thesystem by adopting a parallel technique in every spectrum allocation, and to ensure the statistical fairnessrule by deploying a particular scheme during a series of allocations. The simulation results show that theproposed algorithm not only achieves a fairer and more efficient allocation of spectrum resources, but alsohas much shorter allocation duration than the color sensitive graph coloring (CSGC) algorithm.展开更多

On the one hand, the protection of human rights is the purpose of economic development, i.e., promoting economic and social rights through economic development, and then creating conditions for the realization of civil and political fights. On the other hand, the protection of human rights is a means to economic development, and only through the protection of human fights, can sustained and healthy economic development be realized. The economic development model of China since 1978, for quite a long period of time, is suitable for subsistence-based development. However, it also has created risks of economic failure and political legitimacy crises. So it is necessary to adopt a scientific development model which values human rights.展开更多
