本文报道了以活化硅球为支撑载体,将其表面用3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和戊二醛进行修饰,通过醛基共价健和牛血清蛋白(BSA),同时以丙烯酰胺(AAm)为单体,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,在水相体系中合成对BSA具有较高选择性... 本文报道了以活化硅球为支撑载体,将其表面用3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和戊二醛进行修饰,通过醛基共价健和牛血清蛋白(BSA),同时以丙烯酰胺(AAm)为单体,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,在水相体系中合成对BSA具有较高选择性的新型分子印迹聚合物。通过对合成的聚合物进行平衡结合,吸附动力学和选择性的三个表征实验发现,该聚合物对BSA具有选择性高、传质速度和结合平衡速度快等诸多优点,并通过Langmuir方程分析,证明平衡结合中吸附容量(Q)与初始浓度(C)的一致性,并呈良好的线性关系,印迹聚合物的饱和吸附容量Qmax为28.98 mg/g。 展开更多

采用自洽场离散变分X_α计算方法,分别计算了Pb(Zr_(1/2)Ti_(1/2))O_3(简称PZY)、Pb( Zn(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3(简称PZN)、和Pb(Mn_(1/3) Sb_(2/3))O_3(简称PMS)体系的电子结构,研究了钙钛矿结构与烧绿石结构陶瓷的电子结构对压电性能的影... 采用自洽场离散变分X_α计算方法,分别计算了Pb(Zr_(1/2)Ti_(1/2))O_3(简称PZY)、Pb( Zn(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3(简称PZN)、和Pb(Mn_(1/3) Sb_(2/3))O_3(简称PMS)体系的电子结构,研究了钙钛矿结构与烧绿石结构陶瓷的电子结构对压电性能的影响。结果表明,PZT铁电相较顺电相稳定,O的2p轨道与B位原子的最外层d轨道的杂化是铁电性的必要条件,杂化的强弱可表明铁电性的强弱;Mn_(1/3)Sb_(2/3)、Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3)取代(Zr,Ti)若生成四方钙态矿结构,体系总能量降低、轨道杂化增强,可以提高PZT体系的铁电性能,若生成立方烧绿石结构,由于B—O(//轴向)与B—O(轴向)共价健强度差别太大,造成体系结构的不稳定,将导致铁电性的丧失。 展开更多

The prevalence of overweight and obesity has increased dramatically during last 3 decades with devastating consequences to public health. Recommended strategies to reduce obesity have focused on healthier diet and physical activity (PA). Clearly, these approaches have not been successful, but whether this is due to failure to restrict energy intake or to maintain high levels of energy expenditure has been the subject of great controversy. Consequently, there has been a great deal of confusion about the role of PA and exercise in obesity and weight management. In this article, the theoretical basis for considering reduced PA and energy expenditure as the cause of obesity is appraised. Further, the role of PA in food intake and weight control is examined. The idea that obesity is caused by consistent deeline in daily energy expenditure is not supported either by objective measures of energy expenditure or physiological theory of weight gain alone. However, since voluntary exercise is the most important discretionary component of total daily energy expenditure, it can affect energy balance. Therefore, PA and exercise hold potential as part of the solution for the ongoing obesity epidemic. 展开更多

Monolayer of 3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl isocyanate was prepared on the slide by self-assembled tech-nique. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was employed to analyze the elementary composition of the film. Contact angle of distilled water was measured to characterize the surface state. It was shown that 3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl isocyanate had been successfully assembled on the slide. The in-crease of contact angle to 80° demonstrated that the hydrophobicity of the surface of chip was in-creased significantly. Moreover, further self-assembly of bovine serum albumin (BSA) on 3-(trietho- xysilyl) propyl isocyanate was also carried out with the advantages such as simple and convenient preparation. Therefore, the potential of broader applications in the modification of micro-channel in the μ-TAS system, the immobilization of protein or peptide and the surface modification of materials are all expectative. 展开更多

This article explores the role of public health systems before, during, and after disasters, particularly within the scope of the United Nations Post-2015 Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction. It also examines the role of scientific and technological developments in assisting with improving the resilience of public health professionals and the communities they work in. In addition, it explores how the wide-ranging activities in public health have already contributed to the improved management of disasters and a decrease in associated risks. The article identifies areas of synergy in five key areas of recent policy and practice in public health(the health systems approach, risk assessments, the WHO/UNISDR/HPA Disaster Risk Management fact sheets, chronic disease and disasters, and mental health impacts following disasters) and makes suggestions based on lessons identified from the previous(2005) global disaster risk reduction framework. In particular, we advocate the use of scientific evidence that addresses health and disaster risk simultaneously to increase the effectiveness of policy and practice in disaster risk reduction, health, and public health. 展开更多
