In co-precipitation process, the effects of reaction conditions on iron recovery were studied, and the optimal reaction parameters are proposed as follows: n(CaO)/n(Fe2+) 1.4:1, reaction temperature 80 ℃, ferrous ion concentration 0.4 mol/L, and the final mole ratio of Fe3+ to FJ+ in the reaction solution 1.9-2.1. In magnetic separation process, the effects of milling time and magnetic induction intensity on iron recovery were investigated. Wet milling played an important part in breaking the encapsulated magnetic phases. The results showed that the mixed product was wet-milled for 20 min before magnetic separation, the grade and recovery rate of iron in magnetite concentrate were increased from 51.41% and 84.15% to 62.05% and 85.35%, respectively.展开更多

The wear rates were measured within a load range of 3-25 N, a sliding speed range of 0.03-0.3 m/s and a sliding temperature range of 25-200 ℃ at a constant sliding distance of 400 m. The morphologies of the worn surfaces and wear debris were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Comparatively, the wear properties of a hypereutectic Al-Si aluminium alloy under the same condition were measured. The results indicate that the wear rates of Mg-10Y-4Gd-1.5Zn-0.4Zr alloy are lower than that of cast+T6 AC9B aluminium alloy. The dominant mechanism of cast+T6 Mg-10Y-4Gd-1.5Zn-0.4Zr alloy is abrasion wear mixed with other wear mechanisms, which tends to be an abrasion and plastic deformation wear at high normal load such as 10-25 N, abrasion and plastic deformation wears with small participation of delamination and oxidative wears at high sliding speed such as 0.12-0.3 m/s, and an oxidative and abrasion wear at high test temperature such as 100-200 ℃. The Mg12Y1Zn1 phase in Mg-10Y-4Gd-1.5Zn-0.4Zr alloy plays an important role in the wear rate.展开更多

The results indicated that a PEG dispersant could significantly affect Fe3O4 recovery. Adding PEG during the preparation of Fe3O4 was unfavorable for Fe3O4 recovery. When the PEG-6000 concentration was increased from 0 to 8 g/L, the iron grade and median particle size of the Fe3O4 product decreased from 65.58% and 2.35 μm to 57.79% and 1.35 μm, respectively. However, adding PEG during the wet milling of the mixed product promoted the subsequent recovery of Fe3O4. When the amount of PEG-200 increased from 0% to 4% of the powder mass, the grade of iron in the Fe3O4 product increased from 65.58% to 68.32%. While the relative molecular mass of PEG at an amount of 4% of the powder mass increased from 200 to 20000, the grade of iron was reduced from 68.32% to 66.70%.展开更多

With development of drilling technology, deep well, ultradeep well, high angle well, directional well, extended reach well and horizontal well are taking more and more proportion. Meanwhile, the problem of serious frictional wear between drill pipe and casing are becoming more significant due to long time of drilling, high probability of dogleg severity, high contact normal stress between drill pipe and casing etc. Tool sticking may also occur due to large frictional resistance. Therefore, higher requirements are made on the study of how to predict and prevent the wear of drill pipe and casing during drilling. The residual strength of the worn casing is also studied by analysis of the law of drill pipe's effect on the casing wear in this paper.展开更多
