iPP/POE共混物注塑件中POE表面析出机理

等规聚丙烯(iPP)与乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)共混物注塑件中,POE相向表面析出的驱动力及影响因素尚未有定论。为此,以4种相对分子质量的iPP和POE8137的共混物注塑样品为研究对象,采用扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜等形貌表征技术、广角X射... 等规聚丙烯(iPP)与乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)共混物注塑件中,POE相向表面析出的驱动力及影响因素尚未有定论。为此,以4种相对分子质量的iPP和POE8137的共混物注塑样品为研究对象,采用扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜等形貌表征技术、广角X射线衍射、小角X射线散射等晶体结构表征技术及动态力学分析研究了150℃温度下退火过程中POE的析出行为与影响因素。研究表明,短时间高温退火时,POE的析出程度与基体树脂iPP的分子量有明显关系:即iPP的分子量越高,iPP/POE样品退火后POE的析出程度越高,推测POE的析出机制类似于非晶共混薄膜体系中的表面偏析效应。退火0~4 h时,iPP在该温度下退火发生结构重构,结晶度提高,非晶区平均厚度增加,非晶区的分子链活动性增强,这些因素均有利于促进POE相的析出。退火4 h后,iPP晶体结构重构完成,POE仍继续发生向析出,进一步说明POE的析出机制是表面偏析效应。 展开更多

Two cyclic olefin copolymers with the same comonomers and different monomer molar ratios were blended,and then the blends were satura ted in supercritical CO 2 at 20?MPa and various temperatures to prepare microc ellular cyclic olefin copolymer blends by means of pressure quench.The cell dens ity and cell diameter of microcellular polymers were calculated to investigate t he effects of temperature and blending ratio on cell structures.The higher tempe rature results in larger cell sizes and smaller cell densities.The cell density increases remarkably and cell diameter decreases with increase in the content of the ingredient with higher T g.It is found that the stiffness of the matri x is the only possible material property that accounts for the differences in ce ll structure of micorocellular cyclic olefin copolymer blends with different ble nding ratio. 展开更多

注压成型纳米结构PP/POE共混物表面的液滴低温冲击行为

以制备的阳极氧化不锈钢模板为模具嵌件,采用注射压缩成型(ICM)工艺快速成型表面具有纳米丝结构的柔性聚丙烯/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(PP/POE,PP与POE质量比为3:1)共混物复制物和准刚性PP复制物,研究常温液滴冲击-10℃复制物表面的动态行为.结... 以制备的阳极氧化不锈钢模板为模具嵌件,采用注射压缩成型(ICM)工艺快速成型表面具有纳米丝结构的柔性聚丙烯/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(PP/POE,PP与POE质量比为3:1)共混物复制物和准刚性PP复制物,研究常温液滴冲击-10℃复制物表面的动态行为.结果表明,致密的纳米丝使复制物表面呈现超疏水、极低黏附的润湿状态.在低冲击速度范围内,共混物复制物表面上液滴的接触时间比PP复制物上的短,可归因于液滴铺展阶段柔性纳米丝储存的弹性势能在回缩阶段转换为液滴的动能;在高冲击速度范围内,共混物复制物基板和纳米丝储存的弹性势能被转换为液滴的动能,进一步缩短了液滴的接触时间.此结果表明,共混物复制物的柔性和表面超疏水性使其具有优异的防冻黏性能.共混物复制物表面上水滴(50μL)的结冰时间得到明显延长、冰黏附强度明显降低.研究结果表明,可采用ICM快速成型具有优异防冻黏和防冰性能的柔性超疏水高分子材料表面. 展开更多

以氧化淀粉,聚乙烯醇(PVA)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,经接枝共聚制备了一种黏结型抑尘剂。经FT-IR对产物结构进行了分析,通过扫描电镜查看了喷洒抑尘剂后煤粉固化层的表面形貌。当m(氧化淀粉+PVA)∶m(AA)=1∶1时,接枝率可达94%。并对表面固化... 以氧化淀粉,聚乙烯醇(PVA)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,经接枝共聚制备了一种黏结型抑尘剂。经FT-IR对产物结构进行了分析,通过扫描电镜查看了喷洒抑尘剂后煤粉固化层的表面形貌。当m(氧化淀粉+PVA)∶m(AA)=1∶1时,接枝率可达94%。并对表面固化层的的抗压性、抗风蚀性、温度适应性和耐雨水性进行了测试,结果表明:煤粉固化层的抗压强度为0.098MPa;经3h(风速为14~15m/s)吹扫,煤粉损失率仅为2.5%;在-12~50℃不同环境温度下和经3次雨水淋湿实验,煤粉固化层的抗压强度基本不变。该抑尘剂能有效减少在运输中煤粉扬尘污染和损失。 展开更多

However, their poor stability limits commercial market application We enhance water stability by post treatment preparation of hybrid metal halide perovskite nanocrystal-embedded polymethylmethacrylate (PM- MA) blend films. Through blending process without any cleaning of nanocrystals, crystalline hybrid organic-inorganic perovs-kite nanocrystals were incorporated into PMMA matrix with well-dispersion Passivation of PMMA on the surface of the per-ovskite nanocrystals results in decreased traps and a long photoluminescence (PL) lifetime despite the bromine vacancies in the crystal lattice. Moreover, such color purity and inherent high transmittance for fluorescence emission of perovskite nanocrystals will endow the films with promising potentials in diverse practice photonic applications. 展开更多

Gamma-ray radiation has always been a convenient and effective way to modify the inter- facial properties in polymer blends. In this work, a small amount of trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) was incorporated into poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)/random terpolymer elastomer (ST2000) blends by melt-blending. The existence of TMPTA would induce the crosslinking of PET and ST2000 molecular chains at high temperatures of blend- ing, resulting in the improvement in the impact strength but the loss in the tensile strength. When the PET/ST2000 blends were irradiated by gamma-ray radiation, the integrated me- chanical properties could be enhanced significantly at a high absorbed dose. The irradiated sample at a dose of 100 kGy even couldn't be broken under the impact test load, and at the same time, has nearly no loss of tensile strength. Based on the analysis of the impact- fractured surface morphologies of the blends, it can be concluded that gamma-ray radiation at high absorbed dose can further in situ enhance the interfacial adhesion by promoting the crosslinking reactions of TMPTA and polymer chains. As a result, the toughness and strength of PET/ST2000 blend could be dramatically improved. This work provides a facial and practical way to the fabrication of polymer blends with high toughness and strength. 展开更多

A series of P3HT:PC71BM polymer solar cells (PSCs) with different PIDTDTQx doping concentrations were fabricated to in- vestigate the effect of the PIDTDTQx as a complementary electron donor on the performance of PSCs. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the optimized ternary blend PSCs (with 2 wt% PIDTDTQx) reached 3.87%, which is 28% higher than that of the PSCs based on P3HT:PCvlBM (control cells). The short-circuit current density (J^c) was increased to 10.20 mA/cm2 compared with the control cells. The PCE improvement could be attributed to more photon harvest and charge carrier transport by appropriate doping PIDTDTQx. The energy transfer from P3HT to PIDTDTQx was demonstrated from the 650 nm emis- sion intensity decrease and the red-shifted emission peaks from 725 nm to 737 nm along with the increase of PIDTDTQx dop- ing concentrations. 展开更多
