目的:探析关冲主治优势病症和配伍规律。方法:以1949年10月为时间分割点进行文献检索。1949年10月前的文献以《中华医典》(第五版)、《中国近代中医药期刊汇编》为主要检索源。1949年10月后的文献以中国知网、万方数据库、维普期刊资源...目的:探析关冲主治优势病症和配伍规律。方法:以1949年10月为时间分割点进行文献检索。1949年10月前的文献以《中华医典》(第五版)、《中国近代中医药期刊汇编》为主要检索源。1949年10月后的文献以中国知网、万方数据库、维普期刊资源数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web Of Science为主要检索源。根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,建立关冲穴数据库,采用频次分析和关联分析方法探析关冲穴主治优势病症和配伍规律。结果:1949年10月前,单穴主治病症30种,优势病症为口干、臂痛等10种;配伍主治病症42种,优势病症为喉痹、霍乱等17种,并总结出新处方17首,配伍腧穴127个,与少商、少冲关联性最强。1949年10月后,单穴主治病症3种,配伍后主治病症增多,为35种,优势病症为中风、乳蛾等8种;总结出新处方8首,配伍腧穴85个,与少商、商阳关联性最强。结论:关冲主治病症以耳鼻喉科、内科病症为主,配伍规律以表里经、本经、五输、井原和井络配穴为主,趋向于按经配伍和特定穴间配伍。展开更多

Based on the“key strata”theory, the integrated spatial structure of overlying strata was put forward, which was composed of “O-X” structure in the plane section and “F” structure in the vertical section. The formation and ongoing instability of the“O-X”and“F”structures were called as dynamic evolution cycle of the overlying strata. Three basic categories of “O-X”, “F” and “T” structures were defined, and the strata behaviors of each spatial structure were analyzed. According to energy theory, mechanism of rockburst induced by spatial structure instability was discussed. The research expanded the scope of traditional ground pressure theory and provided a guide for the prevention of rockburst and mining tremors induced by structure instability of overlying展开更多

With series inductors, the leading switches can realize zero current swit ching (ZCS) in a wide load range using the energy of the output capacitor. Ma king use of parasitic capacitors of the lagging switches and parallel auxiliary i nductance with the primary winding of the transformer, the lagging switches can realize zero voltage switching (ZVS) under any load. Compared with the ZCS PWM Boost FB converter, the new converter has no current duty cycle loss. Operat ional principle and parameter design are analyzed. Two kinds of probabilistic models are constructed, in which the dependent competing failure process is consider...The reliability assessment problem for products subject to degradation and random shocks is investigated. Two kinds of probabilistic models are constructed, in which the dependent competing failure process is considered. First, based on the assumption of cumulative shock, the probabilistic models for hard failure and soft failure are built respectively. On this basis, the dependent competing failure model involving degradation and shock processes is established. Furthermore, the situation of the shifting-threshold is also considered, in which the hard failure threshold value decreases to a lower level after the arrival of a certain number of shocks. A case study of fatigue crack growth is given to illustrate the proposed models. Numerical results show that shock has a significant effect on the failure process; meanwhile, the effect will be magnified when the value of the hard threshold shifts to a lower level.展开更多
The experiment results of ultrawide band electromagnetic radiation with DC biased GaAs photoconductive semiconductor switch combining double ridge horn antenna triggered by high repeat frequency femto-second laser pul...The experiment results of ultrawide band electromagnetic radiation with DC biased GaAs photoconductive semiconductor switch combining double ridge horn antenna triggered by high repeat frequency femto-second laser pulse are reported.The GaAs switches are insulated by solid multi-layer transparent dielectrics and the distance of two electrodes is 3mm.The electrode material of the switch is ohmic contact through alloy technics with definite proportion of Au/Ge/Ni.This switch and double ridge horn antenna are integrated and the receive antenna is connected with the test instrument.From receiving antenna,ultra fast electrical pulse of 200ps rise time and 500ps pulse width is obtained,the repetition rate of the pulse is about 82MHz and the frequency spectrum is in the range of 4.7MHz~14GHz.The radiation characteristic of the ultrafast electrical pulse is analyzed.展开更多
