The switch features an on-state insertion loss of less than 1.6dB and a return loss of greater than 10dB while maintaining an off-state isolation of greater than 23dB from 5.5 to 7. 5GHz. This study aims to examine the usability of environmentally harmless vegetable oil in the minimum quantity of lubrication(MQL)system in face milling of AISI O2 steel and to optimize the cutting parameters by different...This study aims to examine the usability of environmentally harmless vegetable oil in the minimum quantity of lubrication(MQL)system in face milling of AISI O2 steel and to optimize the cutting parameters by different statistical methods.Vegetable oil was preferred as cutting fluid,and Taguchi method was used in the preparation of the test pattern.After testing with the prepared test pattern,cutting performance in all parameters has been improved according to dry conditions thanks to the MQL system.The highest tool life was obtained by using cutting parameters of 7.5 m cutting length,100 m/min cutting speed,100 mL/h MQL flow rate and 0.1 mm/tooth feed rate.Optimum cutting parameters were determined according to the Taguchi analysis,and the obtained parameters were confirmed with the verification tests.In addition,the optimum test parameter was determined by applying the gray relational analysis method.After using ANOVA analysis according to the measured surface roughness and cutting force values,the most effective cutting parameter was observed to be the feed rate.In addition,the models for surface roughness and cutting force values were obtained with precisions of 99.63%and 99.68%,respectively.Effective wear mechanisms were found to be abrasion and adhesion.展开更多
Objective: To investigate whether nitric oxide synthase (NOS) is expressed in T-cell-dependent liver injury initiated by concanavalin A (ConA) in Kunming mice and study the possible effect of nitric oxide(NO) on liver...Objective: To investigate whether nitric oxide synthase (NOS) is expressed in T-cell-dependent liver injury initiated by concanavalin A (ConA) in Kunming mice and study the possible effect of nitric oxide(NO) on liver injury models. Methods: Liver injury in Kunming mice was induced by administration of ConA through tail vein. Expression of NOS in the liver was detected by NADPH diaphorase staining method. The possible effect of NO on liver injury models was obtained by L-NAME injection to suppress synthesis of NO. Results: NOS has a strong expression in hepatocytes after ConA injection, especially in those close to the central vein, while only a weak expression was found in the epithelial cells in control group. Liver injury became more serious when NO synthesis was inhibited by L-NAME, accompanied by great malondialdehyde(MDA) increase in serum and severe intrahepatic vascular thrombosis. Conclusion: NOS markedly expressed in ConA-induced liver injury, which may subsequently promote nitric oxide synthesis. Increasement of nitric oxide has a protective effect on ConA-induced liver injury.展开更多

We firstly point out that the circular cuts exhibit different characters in S1/1 and S3/2 waves. While the former contributes negatively to the scattering length parameter, the latter contributes positively, i.e., has a wrong sign. This fact indicates that short range force contribu tions to the phase shift are non-negligible in the exotic channel. Nevertheless, it is verified that the κ pole will be affected only slightly with respect to the theoretical uncertainty in estimating the left hand cut contributions.展开更多

The switch design uses 2.5μm thick I-region GaAs pin diodes and a series-shunt-shunt switch topology in each arm. Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy plus cupping for knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods: Sixty cases with KOA were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group....Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy plus cupping for knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods: Sixty cases with KOA were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given acupotomy and cupping, while the patients in the control group were given injection of Sodium Hyaluronate. The index of severity for osteoarthritis(ISOA), the change of the effusion of knee joint and clinical effects were observed after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was respectively 96.7% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group. The difference in the clinical effects between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, ISOA scores and scores of knee effusion in the two groups were remarkably reduced than those before treatment(P<0.05). The changes of the scores of the two indexes were statistically significant(both P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupotomy plus cupping is better than injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in treatment of KOA.展开更多
Objective: To compare differences of acupotomy loosing combined with medication treatment, electroacupuncture combined with medication treatment and simple medication treatment in effects on rheumatoid arthritis pati...Objective: To compare differences of acupotomy loosing combined with medication treatment, electroacupuncture combined with medication treatment and simple medication treatment in effects on rheumatoid arthritis patients with elbow joint stiffness and investigate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of the acupotomy loosing.Methods: A total of 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients with elbow joint stiffness were randomly assigned into the group receiving acupotomy loosing(group A), group with electroacupuncture(group B) and the one undergoing medication treatment(group C) with 20 cases for each group. Based on the medication treatment, all patients underwent continuous oral administration with Methotrexate(MTX), Leflunomide(LEF) and Bitongding capsules for 3 weeks. And no other treatments were given to group C. In addition to medications treatment, the electroacupuncture was performed in group B. The acupoints of Tianzhu(天柱 BL 10),DAzhui(大椎 GV 14); Fengchi(风池 GB 20),Quchi(曲池 LI 11),Quze(曲泽 PC 3),Chize(尺泽 LU 5), Shousanli(手三里 LI 10), Xiaohai(小海 SI 8), Shaohai(少海 HT 3), Tianjing(天井 TE 10),Qinglengyuan(清冷渊 TE 11) and Hegu(合谷 LI 4) in the affected side were selected. A pair of electrodes were connected to LI 11 and LI 10, and another pair of electrodes were connected to PC 3 and LU 5, and the continuous wave with frequency of 2 Hz was designed, the needle retention for 30 min was performed, and the acupuncture was performed for 6 times per week with 3 weeks for one course,and there was one course totally. Besides the medication treatment, group A underwent the acupotomy loosing therapy. The tender point in lateral elbow joint, etc. were taken as the treatment point, and 6-8 treatment points being taken for each time, and longitudinal dredging and transverse exfoliation were conducted for 2-3 times with the acupotomy. The treatment was given for one time per week with three weeks for one course, and there was one course totally. The changes of maximum angle of active extension position, maximum angle of active flexion position and range of motion were observed, and levels of IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-a in affected synovial fluid of elbow joint were tested before the treatment and 2 weeks after the treatment in the groups.Results: ① Compared with those before treatment, the maximum angle of active extension position were smaller, the maximum angle of active flexion position were larger and the range of motion were wider of the affected elbow joints of the patients in the 3 groups on the 2 weeks after the treatment.There were statistical significances for the differences(All P 0.05). Two weeks after the treatment,as compared with those in group C, the affected elbow joint for patients in the group B and group A was smaller in maximum angle of active extension position, larger in maximum angle of active flexion position and wider in range of motion and there were statistical significances for the differences(All P 0.05). Meanwhile, the levels of proinflammatory cytokines,such as TNF-α and IL-6 can be decreased, and the level of anti-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-10 can be increased, playing a role in regulating the imbalance between proinflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines in RA patients, which may be one of mechanisms regarding treating RA and improving the range of motion for stiff joints.展开更多
