关联关系挖掘与发现是大数据挖掘与分析的重要基础,现有的关联关系挖掘方法多是对数据进行统计分析,对未知数据缺少关联判别作用.尝试从学习的角度进行关联关系挖掘,给出了关联学习的形式化定义和相关概念,并根据关联学习定义构建学习... 关联关系挖掘与发现是大数据挖掘与分析的重要基础,现有的关联关系挖掘方法多是对数据进行统计分析,对未知数据缺少关联判别作用.尝试从学习的角度进行关联关系挖掘,给出了关联学习的形式化定义和相关概念,并根据关联学习定义构建学习数据集.具体地构建了2类关联图像数据集(two class associated image data sets,TAID),利用卷积神经网络提取关联特征,然后分别用softmax函数和K近邻算法判别关联关系,基于此提出3种关联关系判别器:关联图像卷积神经网络判别器(associated image convolutional neural network discriminator,AICNN)、关联图像LeNet判别器(associated image LeNet discriminator,AILeNet)和关联图像K近邻判别器(associated image K-nearest neighbor discriminator,AIKNN).3种关联判别器在TAID数据集上进行测试,AICNN在64×64像素90000个训练样本上的判别精度达0.8217,AILeNet在256×256像素22500个训练样本上的判别精度达0.8456,AIKNN在256×256像素22500个训练样本上的判别精度达到0.8664.这3种关联判别器有效地证明了学习角度挖掘关联关系的可行性. 展开更多

In order to improve the screening efficiency of vibrating screen and make vibration process smooth,a new type of magnetorheological (MR) damper was proposed. The signals of displacement in the vibration process during the test were collected. The trispectrum model of autoregressive (AR) time series was built and the correlation dimension was used to quantify the fractal characteristics during the vibration process. The result shows that,in different working conditions,trispectrum slices are applied to obtaining the information of non-Gaussian,nonlinear amplitude?frequency characteristics of the signal. Besides,there is correlation between the correlation dimension of vibration signal and trispectrum slices,which is very important to select the optimum working parameters of the MR damper and vibrating screen. And in the experimental conditions,it is found that when the working current of MR damper is 2 A and the rotation speed of vibration motor is 800 r/min,the vibration screen reaches its maximum screening efficiency. 展开更多

Background:Marginal changes in the execution of competitive sports movements can represent a significant change for performance success.However,such differences may emerge only at certain execution intensities and are not easily detectable through conventional biomechanical techniques.This study aimed to investigate if and how competition standard and progression speed affect race walking kinematics from both a conventional and a coordination variability perspective.Methods:Fifteen experienced athletes divided into three groups(elite,international,and national) were studied while race walking on a treadmill at two different speeds(12.0 and 15.5 km/h).Basic gait parameters,the angular displacement of the pelvis and lower limbs,and the variability in continuous relative phase between six different joint couplings were analyzed.Results:Most of the spatio-temporal,kinematic,and coordination variability measures proved sensitive to the change in speed.Conversely,non-linear dynamics measures highlighted differences between athletes of different competition standard when conventional analytical tools were not able to discriminate between different skill levels.Continuous relative phase variability was higher for national level athletes than international and elite in two couplings(pelvis obliquity—hip flex/extension and pelvis rotation—ankle dorsi/plantarflexion) and gait phases(early stance for the first coupling,propulsive phase for the second) that are deemed fundamental for correct technique and performance.Conclusion:Measures of coordination variability showed to be a more sensitive tool for the fine detection of skill-dependent factors in competitive race walking,and showed good potential for being integrated in the assessment and monitoring of sports motor abilities. 展开更多

In the tracking problem for the maritime radiation source by a passive sensor,there are three main difficulties,i.e.,the poor observability of the radiation source,the detection uncertainty(false and missed detections)and the uncertainty of the target appearing/disappearing in the field of view.These difficulties can make the establishment or maintenance of the radiation source target track invalid.By incorporating the elevation information of the passive sensor into the automatic bearings-only tracking(BOT)and consolidating these uncertainties under the framework of random finite set(RFS),a novel approach for tracking maritime radiation source target with intermittent measurement was proposed.Under the RFS framework,the target state was represented as a set that can take on either an empty set or a singleton; meanwhile,the measurement uncertainty was modeled as a Bernoulli random finite set.Moreover,the elevation information of the sensor platform was introduced to ensure observability of passive measurements and obtain the unique target localization.Simulation experiments verify the validity of the proposed approach for tracking maritime radiation source and demonstrate the superiority of the proposed approach in comparison with the traditional integrated probabilistic data association(IPDA)method.The tracking performance under different conditions,particularly involving different existence probabilities and different appearance durations of the target,indicates that the method to solve our problem is robust and effective. 展开更多

Using images collected by an all sky imager deployed in Sao Joao do Cariri (7.4° S, 36.5° W) from September 2000 to November 2010, the nighttime incidence of clouds has been observed and studied. Most of the nighttime cloudy occurred from February to July, which is related to the rainy season in the area of the observatory. The best period to run optical observations over Sao Joao do Cariri starts in the early night up to 22:00 LT (Local Time) throughout the period between August and December. An anti-correlation between the F10.7 cm solar flux index and the number of cloudy nights was observed, which is an evidence of the cosmic rays activity in the lower earth's atmosphere. The location of the all-sky imager provides reliable optical observations all year through. 展开更多

In order to test the anti-interference ability of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) data link in a complex electromagnetic environment,a method for simulating the dynamic electromagnetic interference of an indoor wireless environment is proposed.This method can estimate the relational degree between the actual face of an UAV data link in an interface environment and the simulation scenarios in an anechoic chamber by using the Grey Relational Analysis(GRA) theory.The dynamic drive of the microwave instrument produces a real-time corresponding interference signal and realises scene mapping.The experimental results show that the maximal correlation between the interference signal in the real scene and the angular domain of the radiation antenna in the anechoic chamber is 0.959 3.Further,the relational degree of the Signal-toInterference Ratio(SIR) of the UAV at its reception terminal indoors and in the anechoic chamber is 0.996 8,and the time of instrument drive is only approximately 10 μs.All of the above illustrates that this method can achieve a simulation close to a real field dynamic electromagnetic interference signal of an indoor UAV data link. 展开更多

In order to obtain the image of airframe damage region and provide the input data for aircraft intelligent maintenance,a multi-dimensional and multi-threshold airframe damage region division method based on correlation optimization is proposed.On the basis of airframe damage feature analysis,the multi-dimensional feature entropy is defined to realize the full fusion of multiple feature information of the image,and the division method is extended to multi-threshold to refine the damage division and reduce the impact of the damage adjacent region’s morphological changes on the division.Through the correlation parameter optimization algorithm,the problem of low efficiency of multi-dimensional multi-threshold division method is solved.Finally,the proposed method is compared and verified by instances of airframe damage image.The results show that compared with the traditional threshold division method,the damage region divided by the proposed method is complete and accurate,and the boundary is clear and coherent,which can effectively reduce the interference of many factors such as uneven luminance,chromaticity deviation,dirt attachment,image compression,and so on.The correlation optimization algorithm has high efficiency and stable convergence,and can meet the requirements of aircraft intelligent maintenance. 展开更多

Clearances at joints cause an uncertainty in the actual posture of the end-effector of any mechanism. This uncertainty relays on the clearance dimension and the way these clearances are taken up by the mechanism under the load and the inertial effects at every instant. As a matter of fact, the actual measure of the pose error is often replaced by an uncertainty measure. However, a side effect of the existence of clearances is that they can cause sudden changes in the posture of the mechanism as a motion is performed. Such discontinuities in the position produce task defects and impacts. In this work a tool to determine the pose error due to clearances is presented together with a discontinuity analysis. In addition, effects of mass distribution and inertial effects on such discontinuities are expounded, taking a 3-PRS robot as example. 展开更多

A high speed column-parallel CDS/ADC circuit with nonlinearity compensation is proposed in this paper.The correlated double sampling (CDS) and analog-to-digital converter (ADC) functions are integrated in a threephase column-parallel circuit based on two floating gate inverters and switched-capacitor network.The conversion rate of traditional single-slope ADC is speeded up by dividing quantization to coarse step and fine step.A storage capacitor is used to store the result of coarse step and locate the section of ramp signal of fine step,which can reduce the clock step from 2 n to 2 (n/2+1).The floating gate inverters are implemented to reduce the power consumption.Its induced nonlinear offset is cancelled by introducing a compensation module to the input of inverter,which can equalize the coupling path in three phases of the proposed circuit.This circuit is designed and simulated for CMOS image sensor with 640×480 pixel array using Chartered 0.18μm process.Simulation results indicate that the resolution can reach 10-bit and the maximum frame rate can reach 200 frames/s with a main clock of 10MHz.The power consumption of this circuit is less than 36.5μW with a 3.3V power supply.The proposed CDS/ADC circuit is suitable for high resolution and high speed image sensors. 展开更多

A 2.4GHz 0.18μm CMOS gain-switched single-end Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) and a passive mixer with no external balun for near-zero-IF (Intermediate Frequency)/RF (Radio Frequency) applications are described. The LNA, fabricated in the 0.18μm 1P6M CMOS technology, adopts a gain-switched technique to increase the linearity and enlarge the dynamic range. The mixer is an IQ-based passive topology. Measurements of the CMOS chip are performed on the FR-4 PCB and the input is matched to 50Ω. Combining LNA and mixer, the front-end measured performances in high gain state are: -15dB of Sll, 18.5dB of voltage gain, 4.6dB of noise figure, 15dBm of IIP3, 85dBm to -10dBm dynamic range. Combining a detailed catalytic surface reaction mechanism with noble metal and promoter elementary reactions, a new three-way catalytic converter(TWC) reaction mechanism is established. Based on the new mechanism, steady condition numerical simulation is carried out, and the change of light-off temperatures and conversion efficiency with various SO2 contents is obtained. By grey relational analysis(GRA), the relational grade between conversion efficiency and SO2 content is obtained. And, the result shows that SO2 content has the most important influence on C3H6 and NOX conversion efficiency. This provides an important reference to the improvement of activity design of TWC, and may provide guidance for the condition design and optimization of TWC. 展开更多
