齐拉西酮注射治疗精神分裂症激越症状对照研究 被引量:6

目的:探讨肌内注射齐拉西酮注射液治疗精神分裂症患者急性激越症状的疗效和安全性。方法将80例伴急性激越症状的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,实验组肌内注射齐拉西酮注射液治疗,对照组肌内注射氟哌啶醇注射液治疗,观察3d。于治疗前... 目的:探讨肌内注射齐拉西酮注射液治疗精神分裂症患者急性激越症状的疗效和安全性。方法将80例伴急性激越症状的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,实验组肌内注射齐拉西酮注射液治疗,对照组肌内注射氟哌啶醇注射液治疗,观察3d。于治疗前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表总分及兴奋因子分评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗第1d起两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分及兴奋因子评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),治疗各时点两组评分比较差异均无显著性( P>0.05);治疗第3 d后实验组急性激越症状显效率67.5%、总有效率92.5%,对照组分别为72.5%、95.0%,两组比较差异无显著性(χ^2=0.24、0.21,P>0.05)。两组不良反应程度较轻微,但研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(χ^2=4.11,P<0.05)。结论肌内注射齐拉西酮注射液能够快速有效控制精神分裂症急性激越症状,疗效与氟哌啶醇相当,但安全性更高,有利于患者的连续性治疗。 展开更多

目的探讨氟哌啶醇联合齐拉西酮注射液治疗精神分裂症患者急性激越症状的疗效和安全性。方法将94例伴急性激越症状的精神分裂症患者按入组顺序随机分为两组,均肌内注射氟哌啶醇注射液治疗,联合组联合肌内注射齐拉西酮注射液治疗,观察... 目的探讨氟哌啶醇联合齐拉西酮注射液治疗精神分裂症患者急性激越症状的疗效和安全性。方法将94例伴急性激越症状的精神分裂症患者按入组顺序随机分为两组,均肌内注射氟哌啶醇注射液治疗,联合组联合肌内注射齐拉西酮注射液治疗,观察72h。于治疗前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表及临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度分量表评定病情严重程度,阳性与阴性症状量表兴奋因子分评定兴奋激越症状改善状况,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗72h后两组阳性与阴性症状量表及临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度分量表评分均较治疗前显著下降(P〈O.01),联合组较对照组下降更显著(P〈0.05);治疗2h起联合组阳性与阴性症状量表兴奋因子评分较治疗前显著下降(P〈0.05),治疗6h起两组兴奋因子分均较治疗前呈持续性下降(P〈O.01),但治疗72h两组兴奋激越症状改善有效率比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。治疗期间两组不良反应均较为轻微,联合组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=4.61,P〈0.05)。结论氟哌啶醇联合甲磺酸齐拉西酮注射液治疗精神分裂症患者伴急性激越症状较单用氟哌啶醇起效更快,疗效更显著,安全性更高,更有利于患者的后续治疗。 展开更多

Expression of opioid receptor-like receptor (ORL1)and its endogenous peptide agonist nociceptin/orphaninFo (N/OFQ) during mouse embryogenesis have been investigated. Transcripts of ORL1 and N/OFQ were detected by RT-PCR in mouse brain of day 8 embryo (E8)and the expression continued afterwards. Northern blotanalysis revealed abundant expression of ORL1 at postnatal day 1 (P1) and N/OFQ at E17 and P1 in the brain butnone was detected in other embryonic tissues. The presence of functional ORL1 in mouse embryonic brain wasalso confirmed by specific binding of [3H] N/OFQ (kd=1.3±0.5 nM and Bmax = 72±9 fmol/mg protein) as wellas by N/OFQ-stimulated G protein activation. 展开更多

We investigate the quantum interference of spin wave excitations of a spin-1 atomic Bose condensate confined in an optical lattice. Single-channel and dual-channel interactions are employed in our system, and their induced excitations are compared. Also we consider the interplay of magneto-optical excitations, which leads to a constructive or destructive effect for the creation of magnons based on background excitations. The population distributions of excited magnons can be well controlled by steering the long-range dipole-dipole interactions. Such a scheme can be used to demonstrate conventional quantum-optical phenomena like dynamical Casimir effect at finite temperatures. 展开更多
