典型“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片腐蚀防护性能研究

目的研究腐蚀环境下“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片的腐蚀防护性能,方法:开展典型“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片的加速腐蚀环境试验,加速腐蚀试验共20个周期,从宏观和微观两个方面分析“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片腐蚀形貌,应用扫描电镜... 目的研究腐蚀环境下“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片的腐蚀防护性能,方法:开展典型“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片的加速腐蚀环境试验,加速腐蚀试验共20个周期,从宏观和微观两个方面分析“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片腐蚀形貌,应用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析微观腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物,分析“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片在腐蚀环境下的腐蚀防护性能。结果:研究表明,通过20个周期的实验室加速腐蚀试验,“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片试验件没有出现腐蚀疲劳破坏,试验件轴承附近出现面积较大的点蚀坑。结论:选用合理的防护体系,腐蚀环境下典型“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片耐蚀性较好,对于“铝-钛-铝”三层结构在腐蚀环境下的应用推广有重要意义。 展开更多

目的研究腐蚀环境下典型“钛–铝”复合耳片的腐蚀防护性能。方法开展典型“钛–铝”双耳两层结构的加速腐蚀环境试验,共10个周期。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析结构的腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物,研究“钛–铝”复合耳片结构的腐蚀防护性... 目的研究腐蚀环境下典型“钛–铝”复合耳片的腐蚀防护性能。方法开展典型“钛–铝”双耳两层结构的加速腐蚀环境试验,共10个周期。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析结构的腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物,研究“钛–铝”复合耳片结构的腐蚀防护性能。结果在腐蚀环境下,“钛–铝”复合耳片结构中衬套周围异种金属连接部位的电偶腐蚀敏感性高,其他部位防护体系的耐蚀性较好。经过10个周期的加速试验,衬套周围铝合金结构发生较为严重的点蚀,各蚀坑扩展相连,形成较大蚀坑。在第10周期,典型“钛–铝”复合耳片铜衬套周围铝合金蚀坑处出现裂纹扩展,并发生腐蚀疲劳破坏。结论增强典型“钛–铝”复合耳片结构的腐蚀防护措施,加强典型“钛–铝”复合耳片异种金属接触部位的日常维护,能有效提高结构的腐蚀防护能力。 展开更多

A new process of hydroforming with controllable radial pressure was proposed to overcome difficulties in the forming of low plastic materials and large height-to-diameter ratio workpieces. A typical 5A06 aluminum alloy dome was numerically and experimentally investigated. The reasons for typical defects were analyzed under different radial pressures. Effects of radial pressure on the thickness distribution were discussed and optimal radial pressure was determined. It is shown by numerical simulations and experiment that a cup with a drawing ratio of 2.4 is formed by the new process of hydroforming with controllable radial pressure. It is significantly effective for the forming of low plastic materials and large height-to-diameter ratio workpieees. Two typical thinning points exit along the dome wall. With the radial pressure, thinning is decreased effectively at the two points, the dome forming is achieved and thickness distribution is more uniform. 展开更多

Individual and combined effects of Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd on N mineralization, urease and phosphatase were examined in a Typic Udic Ferrisol in laboratory by employing an uniform design and a single factor design.Soil pollution caused by heavy metals inhibited N mineralization (No value) and urease and phosphatase activities. The combined pollution of metals alleviated their toxicity to N mineralization to some extent,whereas aggravated the toxicity to urease and phosphatase. Phosphorous application could mitigate the toxic effect of heavy metals on phosphatase activities, while alleviating effect of N application on the toxicity of heavy metals to urease was inconsistent. However, the mitigating effect of the fertilizers was limited in heavily polluted soils. 展开更多
