不同透风率超大型冷却塔台风致内吸力取值

风荷载是超大型冷却塔设计的控制荷载,塔筒内部风荷载取值仅考虑了良态风工况。为研究台风作用下超大型冷却塔内吸力分布特性,采用多重嵌套的中尺度天气研究预报(Weather research and forecast,WRF)模式对台风“鲇鱼”进行高时空分辨... 风荷载是超大型冷却塔设计的控制荷载,塔筒内部风荷载取值仅考虑了良态风工况。为研究台风作用下超大型冷却塔内吸力分布特性,采用多重嵌套的中尺度天气研究预报(Weather research and forecast,WRF)模式对台风“鲇鱼”进行高时空分辨率模拟,并借助最小二乘法优化技术拟合得到近地面三维风速剖面。以山西潞安电厂220 m世界最高冷却塔为对象,结合中-小尺度耦合模式嵌套技术对超大型冷却塔进行台风和A类地貌下大气边界层良态气候风的近地面三维风场CFD模拟。在此基础上,探讨了塔内绕流特性、能量分布、阻力系数以及风阻的差异和产生原因,对比分析了冷却塔内表面风压系数三维分布特征,最后给出台风作用下超大型冷却塔内吸力的取值建议。结果表明,采用WRF-CFD耦合模式可以有效模拟台风下超大型冷却塔近地三维风场,考虑0%、15%、30%及100%百叶窗透风率下台风致内吸力系数取值分别为-0.61、-0.36、-0.34和-0.42。 展开更多

为研究不同百叶窗透风率下超大型冷却塔内吸力风振系数的分布特性和取值,以国内某在建210m高超大型冷却塔为工程背景,首先通过同步刚体测压风洞试验,得到了不同透风率(0%、15%、30%及100%)下冷却塔结构内表面平均与脉动风荷载。在此... 为研究不同百叶窗透风率下超大型冷却塔内吸力风振系数的分布特性和取值,以国内某在建210m高超大型冷却塔为工程背景,首先通过同步刚体测压风洞试验,得到了不同透风率(0%、15%、30%及100%)下冷却塔结构内表面平均与脉动风荷载。在此基础上,对比分析不同透风率平均和脉动风压分布特性,并采用有限元方法建立了塔筒-支柱-环基一体化仿真分析模型,对该超大型冷却塔进行四种内吸力作用工况下完全瞬态时域动力计算。对比了四种透风率下内吸力风振系数的一维、二维和三维分布特征,分析了以塔筒径向位移、子午向轴力、von Mises应力和环向弯矩四种典型目标响应下的风振系数取值标准,分别给出了此类超大型冷却塔不同透风率下内吸力风振系数的取值建议,即0%、15%、30%及100%透风率下内吸力风振系数分别取为1.69、1.79、1.69和1.57。 展开更多

Effect of LaCl_3 on Resistance and Absorptive Capacity to Formaldehyde of Indoor Ornamental Plants under Formaldehyde Stress

[Objective] This study aimed to determine the effect of rare earth biological regulator LaCl3 on the absorptive capacity to formaldehyde of four indoor ornamental plants, and to screen out the plant whose absorptive capacity to formaldehyde can be increased most greatly by LaCl3. [Method] Effect of LaCl3 on absorptive capacity to formaldehyde of four indoor ornamental plants was studied through fumigating in laboratory. Simultaneously, the indoor ornamental plant, which could significantly en- hance the degradation capacity of formaldehyde, was screened out to study the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of formaldehyde resistance. [Result] The ability to absorb formaldehyde of four indoor ornamental plants was enhanced by dif- ferent ranges after spraying with LaCl3 at suitable concentrations. The ability to ab- sorb formaldehyde of Hedera nepalensis var. sinensis, Chlorophytum comosum, Scindapsus aureun and Sansevieria trifasciata increased by 15.16%, 4.72%, 19.75% and 7.68%, respectively. In the four indoor ornamental plants, the capacity of S. au- reun to absorb formaldehyde was greatly improved by spraying LaCl3. When S. au- reun was stressed by formaldehyde, its chlorophyll content decreased by 39.87%, membrane permeability, MDA accumulation and POD activity increased by 8.17%, 56.92%, and 11.32%, respectively. However, compared the pre-spraying group with the no-spraying group under formaldehyde stress, chlorophyll content of S. aureun reduced less, membrane permeability and MDA cumulative both increased less, but POD activity increased more. [Conclusion] The formaldehyde absorption capacity of S. aureun was mostly improved after LaCl3 was sprayed. 展开更多

AIM To assess the feasibility and safety of a novel enteroscope,negative-pressure suction endoscope in examining the small intestine of a porcine model.METHODS In vitro experiments in small intestinal loops from 20pigs and in vivo experiments in 20 living pigs were conducted.RESULTS In in vitro experiments,a negative pressure of>0.06MPa was necessary for optimal visualization of the intestine,and this pressure did not cause gross or histological damage to the mucosa.For satisfactory examination of the small intestine in vivo,higher negative pressure(>1.00 MPa)was required.Despite this higher pressure,the small intestine did not show any gross or microscopic damage in the suctioned areas.The average time of examination in the living animals was 60±7.67 min.The animals did not experience any apparent ill effects from the procedure.CONCLUSION Small intestine endoscope was safely performed within a reasonable time period and enabled complete visualization of the intestine in most cases. 展开更多

Background Sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) is known to occur frequently in and may predict worsening progression of patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). SDB is also known to play an important role in the development of idiopathic pulmonary arterial hyper- tension (PAH) via inducing endothelial dysfunction and vascular remodeling, a pathological process that can be significantly influenced by factors such as osteoprotegerin (OPG) and endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs). The objective of this study is to determine if CHF with SDB is associated with changes in OPG, EPCs, and PAIl. Methods EPCs were isolated, cultured, and quantified from CHF patients with SDB (n = 52), or without SDB (n - 68). OPG and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) from each group was analyzed and cor- related with EPCs and the mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) measured by right heart catheterization. Results A significant decrease in circulating EPCs (29.30 ± 9.01 vs. 45.17 ± 10.51 EPCs/x 200 field; P 〈 0.05) was found in CHF patients with SDB compared to those without SDB. Both OPG (789.83 ±89.38 vs. 551.29 ± 42.12 pg/mL; P 〈 0.05) and NT-proBNP (5946.50 ± 1434.50 vs. 3028.60 ± 811.90 ng/mL; P 〈 0.05) were also significantly elevated in SDB CHF patients who also had significantly elevated mPAP (50.2 ± 9.5 vs. 36.4 ± 4.1 mm Hg; P 〈 0.05). EPC numbers correlated inversely with the episodes of apnea and hypopnea per hour (RDI, r = -0.45, P = 0.037) and blood level of OPG (r =-0.53, P = 0.011). Although NT-proBNP was also increased significantly in patients with SDB, it had no correlation with either EPCs or RD1. Conclusions SDBdue to hypoxemia from decompensated CHF is associated with (1) OPG elevation, (2) EPC depletion, and (3) mPAP elevation. The inverse relationship of circulating OPG with EPCs suggests a likely mechanism for hypoxemia and OPG in the development of pulmonary vascular dysfunction via depleting EPCs, thus worsening prognosis of CHF. 展开更多

Disentangling the influence of multiple signal components on receivers and elucidating general processes influencing complex signal evolution are difficult tasks. In this study we test mate preferences of female squirrel treefrogs Hyla squirella and female tungara frogs Physalaemus pustulosus for similar combinations of acoustic and visual components of their multimodal courtship signals. In a two-choice playback experiment with squirrel treefrogs, the visual stimulus of a male model significantly increased the attractivness of a relatively unattractive slow call rate. A previous study demonstrated that faster call rates are more attractive to female squirrel treefrogs, and all else being equal, models of male frogs with large body stripes are more attractive. In a similar experiment with female tungara frogs, the visual stimulus of a robotic frog failed to increase the attractiveness of a relatively unattractive call. Females also showed no preference for the distinct stripe on the robot that males commonly bear on their throat. Thus, features of conspicuous signal components such as body stripes are not universally important and signal function is likely to differ even among species with similar ecologies and communication systems. Finally, we discuss the putative information content of anuran signals and suggest that the categorization of redundant versus multiple messages may not be sufficient as a general explanation for the evolution of multimodal signaling. Instead of relying on untested assumptions concerning the information content of signals, we discuss the value of initially collecting comparative empirical data sets related to receiver responses. 展开更多
