新时代中国特色社会主义政治的内在逻辑与历史逻辑

党的十九大在深刻总结我国改革发展成就的基础上,旗帜鲜明地指出中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,这是中国特色社会主义伟大事业深入推进的一个全新历史方位。这项伟大事业包含政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等多个领域,也是道路、理论、制度、文化的有机统一。其中,新时代中国特色社会主义政治作为党带领人民探索社会主义民主、实现人民当家作主的重大成就,有其深刻的内在逻辑和历史逻辑。它既体现为由政治道路、政治理论、政治制度、政治文化所组成的内在逻辑,也体现为自马克思主义经典作家创立无产阶级革命理论和建党学说,特别是中国共产党人九十多年奋斗历程的艰辛探索和经验总结的历史逻辑。这两个逻辑具有高度的内在统一性,充分证明了我们党在无产阶级和全人类解放的伟大事业中,在为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴的奋斗中,始终坚持科学社会主义基本立场,坚持人民导向,走出了一条实现和保障人民当家作主的正确道路。

The Internal Logic Between the Inclusive Financial System Development and Poverty Reduction

This paper introduces the origin of Inclusive Financial System, summarizes the basic theories and views on inclusive financial system development and poverty reduction from experts and scholars at home and abroad. The paper establishes a theoretical analysis framework which impacts poor family income gap by using exponential smoothing method. The government should improve the credit market in poverty- stricken area by the way of macro-management to establish inclusive financial system, to overcome the difficulty of poor farmers＇ credit, to make more poor families to obtain credit opportunities.

The Inherent Logic and Developmental Tendency of the Practice of Building Socialism with Chinese Characteristics:A Structural Analytical Framework for the Questions of “Where Did China Come From?” and “Where Should China Go?”

The practice of more than 30 years of building socialism with Chinese characteristics contains within it a five-step evolution： ＂functional thinking → government leadership theoretical guidance → hybrid structure → the people in the principal position＂; in the course of the further development of the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, the important responsibility and mission of Chinese Communists （exercising governance for the people） and the new expectations of the people （innovative practice） determine that its basic tendency should be to carry out reform and breakthroughs at three levels： ＂deep structures → core institutions → operational means,＂ embodied in ＂structural adjustment → restructuring → change of methods →construction of order.＂
