However, the ranking result always has a big deviati...Top-k ranking of websites according to traffic volume is important for Internet Service Providers(ISPs) to understand network status and optimize network resources. However, the ranking result always has a big deviation with actual rank for the existence of unknown web traffic, which cannot be identified accurately under current techniques. In this paper, we introduce a novel method to approximate the actual rank. This method associates unknown web traffic with websites according to statistical probabilities. Then, we construct a probabilistic top-k query model to rank websites. We conduct several experiments by using real HTTP traffic traces collected from a commercial ISP covering an entire city in northern China. Experimental results show that the proposed techniques can reduce the deviation existing between the ground truth and the ranking results vastly. In addition, we find that the websites providing video service have higher ratio of unknown IP as well as higher ratio of unknown traffic than the websites providing text web page service. Specifically, we find that the top-3 video websites have more than 90% of unknown web traffic. All these findings are helpful for ISPs understanding network status and deploying Content Distributed Network(CDN).展开更多

A capital market is said to be efficient with respect to an information item if the prices of s...The specific concepts of Islamic capital market are based on transparency, accountability, and no asymmetric information. A capital market is said to be efficient with respect to an information item if the prices of securities fully impound the return implication of that item. This study has two main objectives. Firstly, for testing the efficiency of Islamic capital market which focuses on Jakarta Islamic Index （JII）. Secondly, by this research finding the regulator can make a good solution to create the real Islamic capital market. This study concludes that the Islamic capital market is not efficient in information. This is proved by test, where the result for both mean adjusted model and market adjusted model shows not significant, which means that the stock price that occurred has not been able to reflect a strong relationship with the real conditions that exist within the company. The second conclusion is the magnitude of abnormal return suggests that the market still has asymmetric information that will cause the occurrence of abnormal return. This is very unfortunate because Islamic capital market should be efficient in reflecting information transparency that could create a fair price in accordance with the real condition of the company＇s stock issuance.展开更多

The Government is fully aware of the fact that Vietnam needs a proper public sector as a product of the state＇s public policy, which provides high-quality and well-functioning educational, healthcare, or social security systems through the effective management and use of public funds. Those services need investments from them to achieve the objectives set by the official governments or the national programs annually. This paper introduces the content of law on public investments in Vietnam which will be effective in the year 2015. It employs an overview of this law and investigates the effect of public investment in infrastructure on economic performance in the case of Vietnam. Moreover, results suggest that there may be some effects on public sector accounting in Vietnam. This study compares between the 2015 law and accounting in non-business organizations in some aspects for clear clarification.展开更多
