[Method] Various species of healthy Rosa chinensis were col- lected from Xi'an, Xianyang, Baoji and Weinan City in Shaanxi Province. Endophytic fungi was isolated from stems and leaves, and purified by 2-3 times of inoculation to screen endophytic fungi antagonistic to Marssonina rosae with modified punching method. [Result] Samples collected from Xianyang exhibited the highest colonization rate and isolation rate; endophytic fungi strains isolated from stems presented the highest colonization rate and isolation rate compared with leaves. A total of 67 en- dophytic fungi strains were isolated from Rosa chinensis, including 3 black spot-re- sistant strains which were all derived from Baoji. [Conclusion] This study laid the foundation for further screening candidate strains of biocontrol fungi and environ- ment-friendly fungal biological control.展开更多

The GDEM for the area was built up on historical (1930–1997) temperature and salinity profiles. A three-dimensional estimate of the absolute geostrophic velocity field on isopycnal surface was obtained from the GDEM temperature and salinity fields using the P-vector method. The seasonal variabilities of the thermohaline structure and currents (obtained from the inverse method) such as the Mindanao Current, Mindanao Undercurrent, North Equatorial Counter Current, New Guinea Coastal Undercurrent, and dual-eddies (cyclinic Mindanao Eddy and anticyclonic Halmahera Eddy) are identified.展开更多

METHODS:Studies using the EMR technique to resect large colorectal polyps were selected.Successful complete cure en-bloc resection was defined as one piece margin-free polyp resection.Articles were searched for in Medline,Pubmed, and the Cochrane Control Trial Registry, among other sources. RESULTS:An initial search identified 2620 reference articles, from which 429 relevant articles were selected and reviewed.Data was extracted from 25 studies(n =5221)which met the inclusion criteria. All the studies used snares to perform EMR.Pooled proportion of en-bloc resections using a random effect model was 62.85%(95%CI:51.50-73.52).The pooled proportion for complete cure en-bloc resections using a random effect model was 58.66%(95%CI:47.14-69.71).With higher patient load(>200 patients),this complete cure en-bloc resection rate improves from 44.19%(95%CI: 24.31-65.09)to 69.17%(95%CI:51.11-84.61). CONCLUSION:EMR is an effective technique for the resection of large colorectal polyps and offers an alternative to surgery.展开更多

Induced by the coupling of the center of mass (C.M) motion with the inner degrees of freedom, this inner-environment-induced decoherence is reflected by the localization of the C.M wave packet. We show that, the C.M motion is coupled to the inner states only when the chain has interaction with the external potential. This result provides a realistic mechanism for the analysis of the inner-environment-induced localization of a macroscopic object.展开更多
