However the measurement relates to many factors. Because of the small space, temperature easy changed, various ventilation modes, being close to pollution source of engine exhaust, there are differences between in-vehicle and indoor measurement. The influence of measuring factors was investigated. Those factors include temperature, preconditioning time, ventilation modes, engine state, and sampling fashion. The base stress of the opened bottom cylinder structure differs greatly from that of the structure with a closed bottom. By investigating the inner soil pressure on the cylinder wall and the base stress of the cylinder base, which were obtained from the model experiments, the interactions among the filler inside the cylinder, subsoil and cylinder are analyzed. The adjusting mechanism of frictional resistance between the inner filler and the wall of the cylinder during the overturning of the cylinder is discussed. Based on the experimental study, a method for calculating the base stress of the opened bottom cylinder structure is proposed. Meanwhile, the formulas for calculating the effective anti-overturning ratio of the opened bottom cylinder are derived. 展开更多

During the course of the last years the need for the increase in the electric energy production in Brazil as well as in the rest of the world, has raised the tone of the debate about the environment impact of such production. As a result of these debates, both the several levels of government and some of the NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) have commissioned innumerous opinion researches aiming at measuring and evaluating the knowledge and perception of the public in relation of the best non-polluting energy sources. Prior to 2001 these researches would not make any sense in Brazil., however due to that year's drought, the competent authorities were faced with the necessity of developing a plan, the PNE2030 (Piano Nacional de Energia) aiming, among others objectives, at finalizing the construction of the Angra three plants and implementing new nuclear plants in places still to be determined. Allowing for the complexity of the subject, this paper presents a field research conducted from September 28th, 2010 to October 28th, 2010 assessing the current level of perception of the Brazilian population about the nuclear area, in particular of the residents of three cities of Rio de Janeiro. As a result of this work, the authors suggest how the competent authorities should proceed to reach in an efficient manner a greater understanding of the population about the proposed subject, through communication campaigns being both informative and educational. 展开更多

会计是人类社会生产活动中引导资源有效配置、合理分配利润的一种重要的制度安排。局限于狭隘的资本收益最大化的传统会计理论,由于忽视生态环境资源的投入与补偿,导致资源错配、分配不公,引起环境污染,影响社会稳定和可持续发展。从生... 会计是人类社会生产活动中引导资源有效配置、合理分配利润的一种重要的制度安排。局限于狭隘的资本收益最大化的传统会计理论,由于忽视生态环境资源的投入与补偿,导致资源错配、分配不公,引起环境污染,影响社会稳定和可持续发展。从生态文明建设的角度看,会计应该全面地反映生态环境资源投入,合理确定企业的利益相关者财富。会计变革的路径主要有两种:一种路径是基于传统会计理论体系,将企业对生态环境资源耗费与补偿成本"内部化",由国家(政府)制定排放标准并实施检查监督,企业投入成本治理污染并保证达标排放。这一路径要求国际财务报告准则制定中对企业生态环境资源消耗与补偿成本的反映进行统一规范。另一种路径是拓展资源投入者和会计主体概念,并重新定义资产、更新资产的确认和计量,重构信息披露体系。这需要经济学理论、法律制度以及会计基础理论的突破与创新。 展开更多
