随着煤化工技术的兴起,煤气化飞灰的资源化处理成为急需解决的“卡脖子”问题。利用商业流化床气化飞灰在15 kg/h改性气化试验台上进行试验,研究了流态化改性对气化飞灰形貌特性和灰熔融特性的影响以及改性飞灰的再气化特性。结果表明:... 随着煤化工技术的兴起,煤气化飞灰的资源化处理成为急需解决的“卡脖子”问题。利用商业流化床气化飞灰在15 kg/h改性气化试验台上进行试验,研究了流态化改性对气化飞灰形貌特性和灰熔融特性的影响以及改性飞灰的再气化特性。结果表明:利用流化态改性可实现气化飞灰在1200℃下的再气化。气化飞灰经流态化改性后,由于热破碎和残炭的气化反应具有清理孔隙和促进孔隙生成作用,使颗粒总孔体积和比表面积升高,同时改性气化剂水蒸气和氧气浓度的增加会进一步促进改性飞灰孔隙特性的改善。另一方面气化飞灰经流态化改性后,灰分矿物质中高熔点组分陨硫钙石转化为熔点较低的硬石膏,使灰熔融温度降低,灰分黏温曲线更平缓,临界黏度温度降低。在改性飞灰的再气化过程中,与900℃流态化改性过程相比,在下行气化炉1200℃,通过水煤气反应改性飞灰明显气化,有效气CO+H2产率达0.29 m^(3)/kg,系统碳转化率达71.2%。 展开更多

[Objective] This assay was to explore the contribution of enzymes ac- counting for nitrogen reutilization in two Brassica napus varieties No.6 (low nitrogen use efficiency) and No.2 (high nitrogen use efficiency). [Method] We measured the yield, transportation and accumulation of grain nitrogen, loss of leaf nitrogen and ni- trogen use efficiency (NUE) in the two rape varieties, by inhibiting proteolytic en- zyme (PE), glutamine synthetase (GS) and glutamate synthetase (GOGAT) and la- beling with lSN. [Result] Under GOGAT inhibitor treatment, both of the two varieties presented minimum NUE, yield and nitrogen transportation in grain and maximum ni- trogen loss in leaf. The effect of PE inhibitor was the second greatest, and that of GS inhibitor was the lowest. Moreover, 80% of the nitrogen that had been accumu- lated in leaf was transported out during late growth stage, and 50% to 70% of the grain nitrogen derived from the nitrogen in vegetative organs. The two varieties ex- hibited the same tendency. Rape variety No.2 had higher yield, grain nitrogen accu- mulation and lower nitrogen loss compared with No.6. [Conclusion] GOGAT has the greatest effect on the accumulation of grain nitrogen, yield and nitrogen reutilization in rape. Different enzyme activity may be the major factor resulting in different nitro- gen rautilization in the two rape varieties. Nitrogen stored in leaf during early growth stage is mainly used for nitrogen remobilization. A large proportion of grain nitrogen derives from vegetative tissues. 展开更多

This study aimed to analyze the absorption, utilization and transfer char- acteristics of nitrogen in high-yield winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) cultivars at dif- ferent sowing dates, so as to determine the optimum sowing dates for different high-yield wheat cultivars. A field experiment was conducted in the Shajiang black soil of Anhui Province with Jimai 22, Wanrnai 52 and Zhoumai 22, and the effects of early sowing (October 3), optimum sowing (October 12) and late sowing (October 30) on wheat plant N content and accumulation, pre-and post-anthesis N accumula- tion (NA) of total plant, nitrogen remobUization to grain (NR), N remobilization effi- ciency (NRE), contribution of N remobilized to grain (NRC), grain yield, N use effi- ciency (NUE) and N harvest index (NHI) of different wheat cultivar were investigat- ed. The results showed that sowing date had an impact on N content, absorption and utilization in wheat plants at various growth stages. The NA, NR and NRC of aboveground vegetative organs of wheat before anthesis were higher than those af- ter anthesis. Under the condition of late sowing, the grain N accumulation mainly depended on the N absorption by vegetative organs before anthesis. Under the conditions of optimum and early sowing, the absorbed N after anthesis accounted for a large proportion in grain N accumulation. The N uptake intensity and relative cumulative rate differed greatly among different growth stages and different-genotype wheat cultivars, and the pre-anthesis NA, pre-anthesis NR, pre-anthesis NRE, post- anthesis N assimilation amount and post-anthesis NRC showed significant differ- ences among different wheat cultivars. The grain yields of different wheat cultivars under the early and optimum sowing were all higher than those under the late sowing. The NHI and grain N accumulation were highest under the optimum sow- ing, and the latter significantly decreased with the delay of sowing dates. In con- trast, the NUE was highest under the late sowing, reaching 35.95%-41.32%. It indi- cated that under the condition of late sowing, most of the nitrogen was not ab- sorbed by wheat, but the use efficiency of the absorbed nitrogen significantly in- creased. In overall, the three high-yield wheat cultivars were all suitable for early and optimum sowing. Under the condition of late sowing, the yield of Zhoumai 22 showed the smallest differences with those under early and optimum sowing, and its NUE was significantly improved. Therefore, among the three high-yield wheat culti- vars, Zhoumai 22 was most suitable for late sowing. 展开更多

Molecular distillation was used to recover ionic liquid(IL) 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(AmimCl) in homogeneous cellulose acetylation.The five factors that affect the separation efficiency of molecular distillation,namely,feed flow rate,distillation temperature,feed temperature,wiper rotating speed,and distillation pressure,are discussed.The optimal recovery condition was determined via orthogonal experiments using an OA9(34) design.The IL was recycled and reused 5 times in the homogeneous cellulose acetylation system under optimal conditions.The purity of recycled IL the 5th time reached 99.56%.FT-IR(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) and 1H NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance) spectroscopy showed that the structure of the recovered IL is not changed.This work proves that AmimCl has excellent reusability,and that molecular distillation is an effective method for recovering IL in homogeneous cellulose acetylation. 展开更多

The paper presents a procedure to design water network. First of all, water reuse system, water regeneration reuse system (including regeneration recycle) and wastewater treatment system are designed separately. But the interaction between different parts demands that each part is designed iteratively to optimize the whole water network. Therefore, on the basis of the separated design a water netvrork superstructure including reuse, regeneration and wastewater treatment is established from the system engineering point of view. And a multi-objective adaptive simulated annealing genetic algorithm is adopted to simultaneously integrate the overall water netvrork to balance the economic and environmental effects. The algorithm overcomes the defect of local optimum of simulated annealing (SA), avoids the pre-maturation of genetic algorithm (GA) and finds a set of solutions (pareto front) in acceptable computer time. Prom the pareto front, a point with minimum fresh water consumption will be extended to zero discharge as our ultimate goal. 展开更多

In order to find new approaches to alleviating the water crisis in Beijing which is caused by among others dwindling precipitation and rapid growth of population and manifests in a rapidly declining groundwater table this study explores decentralized stormwater harvesting and greywater reuse at household level as a means to reduce groundwater abstraction and water transfer from other regions.Based on a desktop case study two concepts for combined harvesting and reusing of storm-and greywater are presented.With rough pre-assumptions calculations show that a saving of 67.8%of tap water consumption can be achieved with the upgrading concept compared with 5.9% with the simple downgrading concept.The saving with the upgrading concept equals 0.545 ×109 m3 annual water volume if 20 million Beijing people apply this approach.Despite numerous prerequisites such as water treatment technology space demand energy and cost and public acceptance this paper advocates combining stormwater harvesting and greywater reuse in households with other measures for Beijing’s sustainable water management. 展开更多

Industrial spent MoSi_(2)-based materials were used to fabricate oxidation-resistant coatings on molybdenum via slurry painting in air. The microstructure, phase constituent and high-temperature oxidation behaviors of the coatings at 1500 ℃ were explored. The results show that the bonding layer is generated in the coatings after sintering,which strengthens the metallurgical combination between the coating and the substrate because of the formation of diffusion layers. Rare cracks appear in the coating using pure MoSi_(2)(PM coating) while the coating using spent MoSi_(2)(SM coating) is free of cracks due to decreased thermal expansion mismatch. After oxidation, the oxide scale of PM coating possesses large-sized pores while a relatively dense oxide scale is acquired by SM coating. Compared with PM coating, thinner glassy oxide scale with lower mass gain is obtained by SM coating, exhibiting better anti-oxidation properties at 1500 ℃. 展开更多

[Method] The starch residue of Shangshu 19 from four different processing sites was used as the test material, and the contents of main nutritional ingredients and moisture in the sweet potato starch residue were determined. [Result] In the sweet potato starch residue (calculated by fresh weight), the average contents of moisture, starch, fat, protein, Zn, Fe, Se and Ca were 83.75%, 101.15 g/kg, 0255%, 0.497 3%, 11.18 mg/g, 1 219.00 mg/kg, 0.032 3 mg/kg and 6 460.00 mg/kg, respectively, but Vc, VA and chlorogenic acid were not detected. According to the characteristics of high starch content and abundant nutritional ingredients, the sweet potato starch residue can be used for producing edible alcohol and dietary fiber health food. In this article, a generalized state space model based on typical MEN is established and verified in two cases. A sequential three-step programming method is proposed for determining the minimum flowrate of fresh water and corresponding regenerated water in water-using system of single contaminant with regeneration reuse. In step 1, a programming with the objective of min fws is used to determine the minimum flowrate of fresh water, in which the mathematical representation is a mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP1). Then under the same constraints with step 1, a programming with the objective of min freg in step 2 and a programming with the objective of min Cr in step 3 are subsequently used to determine the minimum flowrate of regenerated water and the minimum inlet concentration to regeneration process corresponding to the minimum flowrate of fresh water based on step 1. The method is easy to apply because we only need to change the objective function but keep the constraints constant to go along the following steps after step 1. In addition, the relationship between the fresh water flowrate required, fws and inlet concentration to regeneration process, Cr, is investigated. It is found that there exist three relationships between fws and Cr, which indicate three possibilities for C\>: below the pinch, above the pinch or at the pinch. Therefore, a new conclusion is drawn, which differs from that 'regeneration of water at pinch minimizes fresh water flowrate' derived in literature and indicates that in some cases, regeneration at other point also minimizes fresh water flowrate. 展开更多
