随着可再生能源的大规模接入和电动汽车充换电设施的推广,电动汽车充电可以作为移动储能发挥调控能力,促进光伏、风电等间歇性可再生能源的消纳,实现城镇能源清洁化改造。在交通运输油改电背景下,以汽车加油站和停车场的运行特性分析为... 随着可再生能源的大规模接入和电动汽车充换电设施的推广,电动汽车充电可以作为移动储能发挥调控能力,促进光伏、风电等间歇性可再生能源的消纳,实现城镇能源清洁化改造。在交通运输油改电背景下,以汽车加油站和停车场的运行特性分析为基础,提出加油站与充电站映射关系模型以及充电负荷可调节能力的计算方法,并提出充电站调控策略。通过在线提取停车场和加油站数据,基于排队论和隶属度函数确定EV充电关键参数,构建充电站配置与运行综合优化模型。采用二阶段混合优化算法对区域配电网中油改电充电负荷进行算例分析,验证所提出算法评估和利用充电站调控能力的效果,以及可再生能源与EV充电站的协同增效利用。 展开更多

A new solar coupling regeneration system is proposed in order to improve the reliability of solar desiccant regeneration system.The new system makes comprehensively use of the solar energy and can also be appropriate for energy-storage in a night operation mode when the electric power supply is at its valley.Comparison of the performance of the new system,the solar thermal regeneration system and the solar electrodialysis regeneration system are made and the influential factors of the performance of the new system are investigated.The results reveal that the new system will be more energy efficient than the solar thermal regeneration system and the solar electrodialysis regeneration system. 展开更多

This paper tries to analyze the current energy flexibility solutions and the factors that can influence the energy flexibility adoption. This paper takes Philippines as case study to provide an overview of the current condition of the Philippines' power system and discuss the energy flexibility in the Philippines' power system.
