农业科技推广机构职能弱化现象研究

本文基于对全国11省的2975份问卷与实地走访资料,对农业推广机构近年来的职能弱化现象进行分析。研究发现,推广机构的职能弱化与农业产业的整体转型密切相关,原有的推广体系难以适应新形势下的运行规则。基于实证分析结果发现,农业推广机构的转型需求已迫在眉睫。最后,本文提出提高推广机构适应性的相关建议,以供考量。
