江苏：逐步健全农保制度830万农民已入社保

从全省农村社会养老保险工作座谈会上获悉，江苏今年将继续坚持因地制宜，分类指导等原则，争取在2010年基本建立起与全面建设小康社会相适应的农保制度。据介绍，截至2004年年底，江苏省已有13个省辖市、100个县(市、区)、1276个乡(镇)建立了农保制度，参保人数已达829．7万人(含乡镇企业职工)，领取养老金人数71．4万人，历年累计发放养老金13．29亿元，基金积累总额66．08亿元，居全国首位。
