新型城镇化背景下广东农民社会资本的优化转型研究——基于511名农户的问卷调查

农民社会资本如何契合新型城镇化的要求已成为一个亟需解决的严峻问题。基于广东省的实证调查资料,综合运用位置生成法和提名法构建农民社会资本的测度指标体系,详尽描述农民的社会资本网络状况,发现农民社会资本存量低、结构失衡,建构性社会资本缺乏,阻碍了新型城镇化的发展。应通过拓展农民社会关系网络、优化农民社会资本结构和发展农民组织等来促进农民社会资本的转型优化。

增强农民发展能力的关键:积累社会资本——兼谈农村社会发展理念、路径和目标

新农村建设的核心在于增强农民发展能力,社会资本是农民发展的关键因素。农民发展能力低下的主要根源是城乡分割的二元社会制度及其相关政策。为此,必须彻底突破体制障碍;确立“市场经济领域坚持效率优先,社会发展范畴追求公平优先”的主导理念;大力培育农村社会组织,推进农村社会发展,帮助农民积累社会资本。

政治学视阈下农民工社会资本培育探析

农民工作为中国社会阶层分化过程中的重要阶层,其拥有社会资本的状况严重影响着农民工自身生存发展和社会公平、社会和谐、城市化进程等。农民工在城市化进程中离乡进城,使得原本不够成熟的乡村社会资本大量流失,而城市社会资本又严重不足,这极大限制了社会资本在农民工市民化以及中国城市化进程中的重要作用。政府社会要充分发挥留守妇女和村委会等各部门的作用,巩固保持农民工的乡村社会资本;通过制度支持、法律保护、组织接纳、观念更新等途径,大力培育拓展农民工的城市社会资本。

转型社会中农民工城市社会资本的缺失与构筑

农民工真正实现市民化是我国城镇化健康发展的必然要求,也是构建和谐社会的重要内容,城市社会资本的构筑有利于农民工融入现代城市生活,加速市民化进程。当下,农民工在城市中私人关系型社会资本、组织型社会资本和制度型社会资本的不足严重影响了其城市融入过程。因此,应当建立以政府政策制度支持为前提,以社会文化环境支持为基础,以组织为核心,以自身能力和文化素质提高为动力的农民工城市社会资本构筑框架体系,不断丰富农民工私人关系型社会资本、组织型社会资本和制度型社会资本的存量,以加速农民工市民化进程,促进城市社会经济协调发展,构建和谐社会。

城乡一体化过程中的农民市民化问题——基于对安徽省N市的调查研究

农民市民化就是生活在农村的一部分农民进入城市长期从事城市非农产业的社会现象，简单的说就是农民向市民转化的一个社会、经济过程。本文基于对安徽省N市进程农民做了一个小调查，在此基础上归纳总结了在这个过程中出现的严重影响农民市民化进程的问题。

The Influence of Social Support and Psychological Capital Enhancement to the New Generation of Migrant Workers Integrating into the City

The new generation of migrant workers are the main urban construction team in China＇s economic development, they play an indispensable role.？However, the social integration of this group has been hampered by many factors. Views of this paper is that social support and psychological capital enhancement have a significant impact on the new generation of migrant workers integrated into the city. Finally, propose strategies to facilitate this group more easily integrate into city life.

SPECIAL ISSUE： MIGRANT WORKERS IN THE COURSE OF URBANIZATON Wages for migrant workers in the Pearl River Delta： determining factors

This article attempts to examine the effect of the enterprise system and social environment under conditions of market transition on the wages of migrant workers using regression analysis of Pearl River Delta migrant worker survey data. The research found that among human capital variables, educational level and length of employment in their present firms have a significant positive effect on the wages of migrant workers, while age and gender also have a significant effect; among enterprise system variables, the type of work also significantly influences wages, demonstrating clear stratification. Industry, scale and firm type do not significantly influence wages, regardless of labor contract or labor supply status. Social capital variables and social environmental factors do not have a significant effect on peasant-worker wage levels. The article therefore concludes that migrant worker wages are highly marketized and are at one extreme of a segmented dual labor market. They lack intra-firm labor markets and promotion mechanisms, are little influenced by changes in labor market conditions, and show no regional variations. They represent low wages of an extreme rigidity.
