常规的风力发电机主要包含双馈异步风力发电机、永磁半直驱风力发电机和永磁直驱风力发电机,上述机型分别具有噪声较大、机械磨损程度高、发电系统复杂、有齿轮箱故障率较高,低电压穿越能力较低,转速较低导致极对数多、体积大、磁钢用... 常规的风力发电机主要包含双馈异步风力发电机、永磁半直驱风力发电机和永磁直驱风力发电机,上述机型分别具有噪声较大、机械磨损程度高、发电系统复杂、有齿轮箱故障率较高,低电压穿越能力较低,转速较低导致极对数多、体积大、磁钢用量大、价格昂贵等缺点,为了解决上述电机的问题,设计出采用冲片结构的2.1 MW高速永磁风力发电机,通过电磁分析和机械应力分析,该电机各方面符合工业生产要求,最后通过样机的实验结果,验证该样机符合设计的要求。 展开更多

This paper proposes a new type of pulse launcher that applies the principle of linear motors. The stator, viz. gun barrel, of the launcher has a new structure of one segment of iron core consisting of 3 staggered laminations. This structure is helpful in advancing the thrust force per volume. Based on introducing the structure and the working principles, this paper resolves the electromagnetic thrusting force and performs mechanical analysis and experiments on the sample launcher. The research shows that this launcher is simple and brushless structure with brief controlling. 展开更多
