A synopsis of political welfare concepts, which are currently discussed under labels such as "green growth", "zero growth" and "degrowth", has identified fundamental shortcomings concerning the informational bases of the complex links between ecological, social and economic systems, which were taken into account in the creation of the concept. In the development of a concept for political action, a rationally acting environmental policy cannot neglect reflecting on which economic, ecological and social contexts have to be taken into account and on which normative statements its decisions should be grounded. The proposed sustainable welfare model consists of a positive impact and a normative decision model. The positive model provides a description of the "world" with which the effects of the various options for action on the environmental, social and the economic systems can be assessed. The normative model is a tool for selecting and assessing the options for action in pursuing the desired goal of sustainable welfare development. Principally the key environmental goals are prearranged to socio-economic goals. The model at hand provides the reference points for the development of a sustainable welfare concept, which can be used as a political action plan in the context of environmental policy. 展开更多

By demand to provide a low cost house, there is need for improving structure model and material construction for residents. When material cost takes 60%-70% of total construction cost, it is important to select the appropriate building material. Currently the innovation of material building for main frame and wall component has present for residential projects in Indonesia. Attempt to replace the traditional material such as brick or pozzolan lime concrete block is developed a new material include utilization of coal combustion waste for concrete block, lightweight concrete, or prefab panel wall. This paper presents the research result to develop a tool support for material and system construction selecting that facilitates the selection an optimal material for a simple house construction. In this paper, it described the architecture of a tool called DiagData. This tool aims to use a large amount of data and information in the field of plant disease diagnostic to generate a disease predictive system. In this approach, techniques of data mining are used to extract knowledge from existing data. The data is extracted in the form of rules that are used in the development of a predictive intelligent system. Currently, the specification of these rules is built by an expert or data mining. When data mining on a large database is used, the number of generated rules is very complex too. The main goal of this work is minimize the rule generation time. The proposed tool, called DiagData, extracts knowledge automatically or semi-automatically from a database and uses it to build an intelligent system for disease prediction. In this work, the decision tree learning algorithm was used to generate the rules. A toolbox called Fuzzygen was used to generate a prediction system from rules generated by decision tree algorithm. The language used to implement this software was Java. The DiagData has been used in diseases prediction and diagnosis systems and in the validation of economic and environmental indicators in agricultural production systems. The validation process involved measurements and comparisons of the time spent to enter the rules by an expert with the time used to insert the same rules with the proposed tool. The dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis model is a widely applied mouse model, but controversial results have been obtained from experiments using the same mouse strain under the same conditions. Because the gut microbiota play an important role in DSS-induced colitis, it is essential to evaluate the influence of the initial gut microbiota in this model. Here, we identified significant variations in the initial gut microbiota of different batches of mice and found that the initial intestinal microbiota had a profound influence on DSS-induced colitis. We performed three independent trials using the same C57BL/6J mouse model with DSS treatment and used high-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing to analyze the gut microbiota. We found that the structure and composition of the gut microbiota in mice with severe colitis, as compared with mice with milder colon damage, had unique features, such as an increase in Akkermansia bacteria and a decrease in Barnesiella spp. Moreover, these varied gut bacteria in the different trials also showed different responses to DSS treatment. Our work suggests that, in studies using mouse models, the gut microbiota must be considered when examining mechanisms of diseases, to ensure that comparable results are obtained. 展开更多

It should both be easy to manage, and make the average time that vehicle pass the whole charge area minimum, so a rational design of the toll station number in charge area is needed. So a queuing theory mode has been set up in this paper. Through analysis, we found that in the specific road section, the variable that we can only control is the number of the toll station. An appropriate toll station number may be found, and a calculating case is presented to confirm if the number is bigger than 10, the solution is extremely appropriate. Finally we use computer simulation to simulate the process of the vehicles arrive, the toll station charge and then the vehicles leave. We also carried on a test to check the model, obtained a satisfactory result. 展开更多

CDS can give support to all kinds of simulation. Using computer to realize the Blue side's command deci- sion automatic execution in the operation training simulation system can improve training effect. Using computer to realize the lower level command unit's automatic command deci- sion can help to reduce the number of controllers and release them from heavy work. It can also enlarge simulation scale and increase the freedom of the simulation entity especially the command entity, thus enhance the authenticity and credibility of the simulation. Ac- cording to the command decision structure and the Joint Intention Theory, the thesis puts forward the method of making use of Coordination Matrix (CM) to realizing cooperation among the entities in CDS and constructs the calculation sketch of Task Execution, Task Monitoring and Task Replanning. At the same time, the thesis brings forward the CDS structure vision based on Partial Global Planning(PGP).
