全铝无接触热阻冷凝器的建模与性能测试

采用分布参数法建立了空调系统全铝无接触热阻冷凝器的稳态计算模型,并用空气焓值法对全铝无接触热阻冷凝器试件进行了性能测试实验;通过与实验结果的对比,验证了该数学模型的计算精度——在相同工况下,该冷凝器计算模型的换热量最大误... 采用分布参数法建立了空调系统全铝无接触热阻冷凝器的稳态计算模型,并用空气焓值法对全铝无接触热阻冷凝器试件进行了性能测试实验;通过与实验结果的对比,验证了该数学模型的计算精度——在相同工况下,该冷凝器计算模型的换热量最大误差为4.8%,气侧压降最大误差为6.7%.用建立的模型分析了冷凝器结构尺寸变化对其换热性能和压降的影响.采用冷凝器综合性能因子ε来综合考虑换热量和气侧压降对冷凝器性能的影响.结果表明:全铝冷凝器的换热量随内流道宽b′的增大而减小;全铝冷凝器的换热量随翅片管数n的增大而增大;全铝冷凝器换热量随翅片管宽度a的增大而增大;当翅片管宽a为40 mm,翅片管数n为22,内流道宽度b′为1.4 mm时,冷凝器的换热量最大,为3 423.2 W,空气压降为19.15 Pa;全铝冷凝器换热系数随着翅片管宽的a的增大先增大后减小,在翅片管宽a为38 mm时取得最大值;换热系数随着翅片管数n的增大而增大;冷凝器综合性能因子ε随着翅片管宽a的增大先增大后减小,随着翅片管数的增大而增大. 展开更多

In order to evaluate the heating performance of gas engine heat pump(GEHP) for air-conditioning and hot water supply, a test facility was developed and experiments were performed over a wide range of engine speed(1400-2600 r/min), ambient air temperature(2.4-17.8 ℃) and condenser water inlet temperature(30-50℃). The results show that as engine speed increases from 1400 r/min to 2600 r/min, the total heating capacity and energy consumption increase by about 30% and 89%, respectively; while the heat pump coefficient of performance(COP) and system primary energy ratio(PER) decrease by 44% and 31%, respectively. With the increase of ambient air temperature from 2.4 ℃ to 17.8 ℃, the heat pump COP and system PER increase by 32% and 19%, respectively. Moreover, the heat pump COP and system PER decrease by 27% and 15%, respectively, when the condenser water inlet temperature changes from 30 ℃ to 50 ℃. So, it is obvious that the effect of engine speed on the performance is more significant than the effects of ambient air temperature and condenser water inlet temperature. 展开更多

The heat transfer performance and flow characteristic under various structural parameters were analyzed. First, an experiment was designed and set up to measure the condensing heat transfer coefficient and the pressure drop in order to ,~erify the applicability of the Cavallini's correlation. Then, the relationship among the count of channels, aspect ratio, spacing ratio, width, height and hydraulic diameter of a channel was given. Finally, the correlation of condensing heat transfer and the homogeneous model was introduced in order to observe the heat transfer performance and flow characteristic of the multi-channel cylinder dryer affected by different structures. The study reveals that the structural parameters including count of channels, aspect ratio, spacing ratio of a channel dramatically influence the condensation heat transfer coefficient and frictional resistance of the steam. Based on the selected paper machine, it is suggested that the overall performance of the multi-channel cylinder dryer is best if the count of channels is 150-200, the aspect ratio is 1 : 3 and the spacing ratio is 1 : 1-1 : 3. 展开更多
