The crystalline phases characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) show that the sample glasses crystallizes into two phases, i.e. NATP and Ca9Al(PO4)7, while the Ca9Al(PO4)7 phase can be leached selectively with HCl, leaving a massive number of pores in the material. Through the experimental research, the effects of contact time, solution pH, and the initial concentration of Na+on the cation exchange properties were investigated. The batch sorption kinetics and equilibria can be described by Pseudo-second-order kinetic equations and Langmuir isotherm equations respectively. Furthermore, the experiments with an industrial solution show that the removal rate of sodium from industrial (NH4)2WO4 is higher than 97%. Cycle experiment also shows that the NATP has a good cyclic performance.展开更多

It was composed of three reversed phase resins, AB-8, DM-130 and NKA-9, representative for their gradually increased polarity and selectivity. A method of RP-HPLC was used for determination of chlorogenic acid. And the performance of adsorption and desorption for chlorogenic acid with the system of polar ordered resins was studied. Furthermore, the effects of concentration, pH and flow rate of the adsorbate on adsorption ability were researched. It is indicated that the optimum parameters for chlorogenic acid are as follows: pH 3.5 with a flow rate of 2.5 BVh, the concentration of extract solution at 0.50, 0.40, 0.30 gL respectively for the adsorptive operation twice, and 6.93, 8.66, 10.39 molL ethanol used as gradient eluants. The purity of resulted product of chlorogenic acid arrives 70.20% with yield of 89.79%. With simple procedures, low costs and high purity product, the method of system of polar ordered resins followed by sequential reversed phase separations can be used to refine the chlorogenic acid in the extraction of Flos Lonicerae.展开更多

A new thermostable nanostructured composite materials based on shungyte was obtained and determined their adsorption capacity on the model substance o-xylene. Xylene used as a model substance is a part of the organic solvent presents in waste industrial gases. Best xylene sorbents (449.7 mg/g)--activated shungyte containing 70% carbon and saksaul charcoal (554.3 mg/g). Then polyoxide catalysts on the base of transition metals (Ni, Mn, Cu) modified by the rare earth elements (La, Ce and Nd), supported on a granular carrier were studied in the reaction of deep oxidation of o-xylene. 100% activity showed 7.0% Cu-Mn-Ce-catalyst at T: 250-300℃, Cxylene: 0.6 g/ms, the optimum space velocity of gas--1,200 h^1 for catalysts supported on a granular carrier. The results obtained can be used in the purification of waste gas from paint, furniture, cable, printing and other enterprises from the impurities of toxic organic solvents.展开更多

Their pore structures were characterized through their nitrogen adsorption isotherms at 77K using different theories. The results showed that t-plot method and DR-plot method could suitably be used to characterize the mesopore structure and the multi-stage distribution of pore size of activated carbon fibers. It also showed that the pore size widens with the increase of activation temperature.展开更多
