目的:探讨大隐静脉腔内激光灼闭术后患者早期运用频率呼吸同步减压运动的效果。方法于2013年5—8月将78例下肢静脉曲张患者按住院日期分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组在术后给予常规护理,观察组在此基础,采取频率呼吸同步减压运动...目的:探讨大隐静脉腔内激光灼闭术后患者早期运用频率呼吸同步减压运动的效果。方法于2013年5—8月将78例下肢静脉曲张患者按住院日期分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组在术后给予常规护理,观察组在此基础,采取频率呼吸同步减压运动。观察两组患者术后6 h,24 h,3 d疼痛情况和术后3,5 d 恢复情况。结果术后6,24 h 观察组疼痛程度均低于对照组( t 值分别为-2.647,-2.786;P〈0.05);术后3 d,观察组患者的踝关节上5 cm、膝关节下10 cm肿胀程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-2.508,-2.393;P〈0.05)。术后3,5 d,观察组患者治疗总有效率为89.74%和97.44%,对照组分别为76.92%和82.04%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义( Z值分别为-3.574,-3.761;P〈0.05)。结论腔内激光灼闭术早期运用频率呼吸同步减压运动,可发挥患者锻炼的主动性,减少患肢疼痛,减轻肿胀程度,促进患者术后恢复,提高手术效果。展开更多
