基于Seysen算法的新型同步格基规约算法研究

格点基约减算法对数学、计算机科学及信号处理等多个领域具有重要意义。LLL算法是当前应用最为广泛的一类格点基约减算法,对该算法的各类改进也层出不穷。但是,现有所有改进都是基于与LLL算法相同的迭代结构进行优化的,因此本文在Seyse... 格点基约减算法对数学、计算机科学及信号处理等多个领域具有重要意义。LLL算法是当前应用最为广泛的一类格点基约减算法,对该算法的各类改进也层出不穷。但是,现有所有改进都是基于与LLL算法相同的迭代结构进行优化的,因此本文在Seysen算法的基础上进行改良。本文首先对传统的LLL算法以及Seysen算法进行总结;接下来,提出了一种迭代结构与LLL算法不同的新型格基规约算法;最后我们通过数值仿真对比三种算法输出矩阵的正交性。数值实验结果表明:本文提出的基于Seysen算法的约减算法在普通正交度量检验中,对随机矩阵的约减效果不如Seysen算法,但运行速度快于Seysen算法且对矩阵的约减强度超过传统的LLL算法;在夹角正交度量检验中,不论是对随机矩阵的约减,还是对特殊矩阵,新算法的约减强度都高于传统LLL算法。与LLL算法相比,新算法可在保证计算效率的前提下,极大地改善病态或高维系统的误码率水平,从而有效拓展了传统格基规约算法的适用范围。 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to research effects of N fertilizer reduction and application of N fertilizer (as base fertilizer) on rapeseed yield and N absorption. [Method] Based on Ganyouza No.5, the ratio of N, P2O5 andK2O was set at 1:0.5:0.5; N fertilizers were set involving reduced quantity at 150 kg/hm2 and preferred quantity at 180 kg/hm2; 100%, 80% and 60% of N fertilizers were applied as base fertilizers in the test respectively. In general, field tests were conducted to explore effects of reduced N fertilizer and application of N fertilizer as base fertilizer on rapeseed yield and N absorption. [Resalt] When applied N fertilizer as base fertilizer was the same, plant height, stem diameter, length of major inflorescence, number of effective branch, pod number per plant, seed number per pod, and biomass yield in group with preferred N quantity were significantly higher than those in group with reduced N fertilizer. Rapeseed yield and profits in group with preferred N quantity were signifi- cantly higher than those in group with reduced N fertilizer in field with moderate fertili- ty. In fields with higher fertility, however, the two factors were just a little higher. In group with reduced N fertilizer, use efficiency of N fertilizer, N uptake efficiency, par- tial factor productivity and harvest index of N were all significantly higher than those in group with preferred N fertilizer. Agronomic nitrogen use efficiency in group with preferred N fertilizer was significantly higher than that in group with reduced N fertiliz- er in field with moderate fertility and was significantly lower in field with high yield. With amounts of N, P and K fertilizers fixed, economic characters, yield constitution, yield, profits and N absorption in group, where 60% of N fertilizers were applied as base fertilizer, were significantly higher than those in groups with 80% or 100% of base fertilizer (N fertilizers). These indicated that rational fertilization would maintain rapeseed yield high and reduce N input to improve use efficiency of N fertilizer. On the other hand, it is effective to improve rapeseed yield.'to reduce N fertilizer to 150 kg/hm2, and application of 60%. of N fertilizers as base fertilizer is still proved optimal at present. To investigate the expression profile of maize genes induced by submergence, a subtracted cDNA library of maize seedling roots was constructed using suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH). The cDNA of maize seedling roots treated with submergence (ST) was used as tester and what from untreated roots (UT) as driver. Products of the secondary PCR from the forward subtraction were cloned into T/A vector and transferred into Escherichia coli strain JM10B by electroporation. Four hundred and eight randomly chosen transformants carrying cDNA fragments were screened with PCR-Select Deferential Screening Kit. One hundred and eighty-four cDNA clones were identified as, submergence specifically induced or highly expressed. After sequencing and removing redundant cDNAs, we got 95 submergence-induced cDNA clones. Of the 95 cDNA clones, 68 contain the regions with 60%-90% identity to their homolog in GenBank, 21 are expected to be novel genes, only 6 correspond to the published maize sequences. 展开更多

Functional conservation of the meiotic genes SDS and RCK in male meiosis in the monocot rice 被引量:12

The Arabidopsis SDS (SOLO DANCERS) and RCK (ROCK-N-ROLLERS) genes are important for male meiosis, but it is still unknown whether they represent conserved functions in plants. We have performed phylogenetic analyses of SDS and RCK and their respective homologs, and identified their putative orthologs in poplar and rice. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR analysis indicated that rice SDS and RCK are expressed preferentially in young flowers, and transgenic RNAi rice lines with reduced expression of these genes exhibited normal vegetative development, but showed significantly reduced fertility with partially sterile flowers and defective pollens. SDS deficiency also caused a decrease in pollen amounts. Further cytological examination of male meiocytes revealed that the SDS deficiency led to defects in homolog interaction and bivalent formation in meiotic prophase I, and RCK deficiency resulted in defective meiotic crossover formation. These results indicate that rice SDS and RCK genes have similar functions to their Arabidopsis orthologs. Because rice and Arabidopsis, respectively, are members of monocots and eudicots, two largest groups of flowering plants, our results suggest that the functions of SDS and RCK are likely conserved in flowering plants. 展开更多

Downregulation of survivin by RNAi inhibits growth of human gastric carcinoma cells 被引量:50

AIM: To investigate the inhibitory effect of a specific small survivin interfering RNA (siRNA) on cell proliferation and the expression of survivin in human gastric carcinoma cell line SGC-7901. METHODS: To knockdown survivin expression, a small interfering RNA targeting against survivin was synthesized and transfected into SGC-7901 cells with lipofectamineTM2000. The downregulation of survivin expression at both mRNA and protein levels were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot analysis. Cell proliferation inhibition rates were determined by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. The effect of survivin siRNA on cell cycle distribution and cell apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry (FCM). RESULTS: RNA interference could efficiently suppress the survivin expression in SGC-7901 cells. At 48 h after transfection, the expression inhibition rate was 44.52% at mRNA level detected by RT-PCR and 40.17% at protein level by Western blot analysis. Downregulation of survivin resulted in significant inhibition of tumor cell growth in vitro. The cell proliferation inhibition rates at 24, 48 and 72 h after survivin siRNA and non-siliencing siRNA transfection, were 34.06%, 47.61% and 40.36%, respectively. The apoptosis rate was 3.56% and the number of cells was increased in G0/G1 phase from 38.2% to 88.6%, and decreased in S and G2/M phase at 48 h after transfection. CONCLUSION: Downregulation of survivin results in significant inhibition of tumor growth in vitro. The inhibition of survivin expression can induce apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells. Magnetorheological (MR) fluid is a kind of smart material whose rheological properties can be rapidly varied in magnetic field. To make full use of the advantages of MR fluid to devices, a model of double ended, shear combined and valve typed MR damper is designed and manufactured, and the dynamic properties under sinusoidal excitations are experimentally studied. The experiment results show that the maximum damping force of the MR damper at the full magnetic intensity reaches about 20 kN while the maximum power required is less than 50 W, which predicts that the MR damper will be a powerful measurement for semi active vibration control of civil infrastructures. 展开更多
