践行绿色发展理念,推进工业碳减排是湖南省实施"一带一部"战略的有效途径。运用非期望产出超效率SBM-DEA模型对湖南省14个市州2007—2016年的工业碳减排潜力进行测算,运用面板数据模型对碳减排压力大中小地区的碳减排影响因... 践行绿色发展理念,推进工业碳减排是湖南省实施"一带一部"战略的有效途径。运用非期望产出超效率SBM-DEA模型对湖南省14个市州2007—2016年的工业碳减排潜力进行测算,运用面板数据模型对碳减排压力大中小地区的碳减排影响因素进行分析。结果表明:因地域因素、产业结构、工业结构等差异,湖南各市州工业二氧化碳排放量和碳减排潜力各不相同;长沙等3市州,工业节能减排成效好、减排潜力小;长沙要加速科技发展带动经济发展,张家界和湘西州要加强绿色旅游业发展;湘潭等5市州,二氧化碳排放量较多,工业碳排放潜力大;湘潭、常德、益阳、郴州、娄底,要优化产业结构,推动资本要素高质量深化发展;株洲等6市,工业碳减排潜力居中;株洲、衡阳、邵阳、岳阳、永州、怀化,要通过技术改造、产业转型升级等举措达到节能减排效果。 展开更多

污水生物脱氮工艺过程中除了N_(2)的产生,还会释放大量强温室气体N_(2)O,是大气中N_(2)O的主要人为排放源。减少污水生物脱氮工艺过程中N_(2)O的产生已经成为污水处理行业面临的新挑战,近年已迅速成为国内外的研究热点。综述了N_(2)O在... 污水生物脱氮工艺过程中除了N_(2)的产生,还会释放大量强温室气体N_(2)O,是大气中N_(2)O的主要人为排放源。减少污水生物脱氮工艺过程中N_(2)O的产生已经成为污水处理行业面临的新挑战,近年已迅速成为国内外的研究热点。综述了N_(2)O在传统以及新型污水生物脱氮工艺过程中的释放机理及释放途径,统计了国内外文献中不同类型生物脱氮工艺过程中N_(2)O的释放因子,经对比发现新型脱氮工艺如同步硝化/反硝化、短程硝化/反硝化和短程硝化/厌氧氨氧化工艺过程的N_(2)O释放因子均高于传统两段式硝化/反硝化工艺;结合N_(2)O释放机理讨论了不同生物脱氮工艺中N_(2)O减排的主要影响因素,并进一步展望了未来污水生物处理中N_(2)O减排研究方向。 展开更多

本文运用投入产出法建立行业层面分析框架,估计了中国行业层面碳减排的边际成本和成效,并预测了“十四五”时期的趋势变化。研究发现:一是各行业碳减排的边际减排成本差异巨大,说明行业间减排难度存在差别。二是碳减排边际成本上升的主... 本文运用投入产出法建立行业层面分析框架,估计了中国行业层面碳减排的边际成本和成效,并预测了“十四五”时期的趋势变化。研究发现:一是各行业碳减排的边际减排成本差异巨大,说明行业间减排难度存在差别。二是碳减排边际成本上升的主要原因为排放技术进步,产业结构、中间投入品结构、需求结构等对减排的促进作用不明显。三是2002-2017年,全部行业累计碳减排量约为50.631亿吨,但减排空间呈下降趋势。预计到2025年,我国将累计减排近百亿吨,这充分彰显出中国在履行国际承诺上的负责态度与大国风范。最后基于本文的研究结论,建议中国碳减排应结合“定行业、建机制、差异化减排”三个方面。 展开更多

A detailed understanding of such unfavorable conditions is therefore critical to a successful bored tunnel. In this paper, we firstly present a brief review of the definition, classification and the factors related to mixed-face conditions. Secondly, for a better understanding of this topic, we investigate the main difficulties and problems involved in TBM tunnelling under mixed-face ground with detailed cases. Thirdly, from the viewpoint of rock-machine interaction, we give some suggestions on the corresponding mitigation measurements from three categories:(i) selection of TBM type and modification of TBM,(ii) condition of ground and(iii) optimization of TBM operation. 展开更多

Carbon Emissions from Industrial Sectors in China:Driving Factors and the Potential for Emission Reduction 被引量:1

We use the refined Laspeyres index decomposition method to determine the main CO2 emissions from industry and analyze differences in these over the period 1994-2007. Then we examined the decoupling state between carbon emissions and economic growth and the effectiveness of the implementation of emission reduction policy. We found that output effect is the dominant positive factor for carbon emissions growth in China's industrial sectors, and the effect of energy intensity change is the mainfactor affecting carbon emission reductions; the impact of these two factors is respectively 357.20% and -248.67%. The food industry, textile industry and machinery industry show a decreasing trend in emissions, and emissions from the oil industry increased by 217.75%. From 1994 to 2007 and 2000 to 2007, the decoupling index of carbon emissions and the industrial sector was 0.63 and 0.56 respectively. This indicates carbon emissions and economic growth are in a weak decoupling state, and emission reduction policies lack efficacy. These findings can be used in the design of policy priorities for improving decoupling across industrial sectors. 展开更多

NH3 is one of the leading causes of grey haze, and one of the main causes of serious ecological imbalances that result in environmental problems such as acid rain and air quality deterioration. At present, excessive fertilizer application greatly intensifies NH3 emissions intensity on farmland. In order to understand status and achievements of research on farmland NH3 emissions, the literature of farmland NH3 emission-related studies was retrieved from SCl journals and the Chinese science citation database. These are summarized with respect to the research progress on NH3 emission factors and emission reduction technologies. The future research direction of field NH3 emission and emission reduction technology need to strengthen the field observation on different soil environment and crop types, and understand the effect of NH3 emission on fertilizer application period and the proportion, temperature and organic fertilizer management in farmland mainly. The research results can provide more information about the factors that influence NH3 emissions. This study offers theoretical guidance and support directed at mitigating farmland NH3 emissions in the future. 展开更多
