基于减盐的健康主题,开发一款健康的减盐红油萝卜酱菜配方。以萝卜盐坯为原材料,辅以氯化钾、氯化钙和酵母抽提物为变量,通过单因素试验和响应面优化,研究各因素对酱菜感官品质的影响,并用电子舌与快速气相电子鼻测定全盐酱菜(QY)、直... 基于减盐的健康主题,开发一款健康的减盐红油萝卜酱菜配方。以萝卜盐坯为原材料,辅以氯化钾、氯化钙和酵母抽提物为变量,通过单因素试验和响应面优化,研究各因素对酱菜感官品质的影响,并用电子舌与快速气相电子鼻测定全盐酱菜(QY)、直接减盐28%酱菜(ZJJY)与辅助减盐酱菜(FZJY)的风味与滋味变化。试验确定辅助减盐酱菜的最优复合替代比为氯化钾19%、氯化钙14%、酵母抽提物39%,此时产品的感官评价评分为90.56分,与理论模型值相近,辅助减盐组的酱菜苦味降至最低,咸味明显降低,且风味成分增加了2-乙基-6-甲基吡嗪,其具有令人愉悦的香气。该试验研制出的减盐红油萝卜酱菜,不仅满足大众对低盐饮食的需求,还提升了白萝卜的产品附加值,本研究具有重要的实用意义和经济价值。 展开更多

目的:总结加减生肌玉红膏治疗中小面积烧伤创面的疗效,评价加减生肌玉红膏的临床应用价值。方法:选择病例230例,住院患者120例,门诊病例分两组:A组:180例接受加减生肌玉红膏治疗;B组:50例接受干性疗法,即清洁换药(以富林嘧凝胶敷于创面... 目的:总结加减生肌玉红膏治疗中小面积烧伤创面的疗效,评价加减生肌玉红膏的临床应用价值。方法:选择病例230例,住院患者120例,门诊病例分两组:A组:180例接受加减生肌玉红膏治疗;B组:50例接受干性疗法,即清洁换药(以富林嘧凝胶敷于创面)。住院患者为C组,该组患者使用传统烧伤膏治疗。将A,B,C 3组治疗过程与结果对照。结论:治疗同等面积与深度的中小面积创面,在3种不同治疗方法下创面愈合时期基本相同,A组止痛作用明显优于对照组,创面愈合后均无疤痕形成。在对被选患者的治疗过程中,C组有1例创面感染。结论:加减生肌玉红膏治疗中小面积烧伤创面操作方便、止痛效果好、疗效显著,既可加速创面愈合,又能有效控制创面感染。 展开更多

目的考察减味生肌玉红膏联合常规治疗对难治性糖尿病足患者的临床疗效。方法60例患者随机为对照组和观察组,每组30例,在常规治疗(控制血糖、营养神经、营养支持等)基础上,对照组给予复方磺胺嘧啶锌凝胶,观察组给予减味生肌玉红膏,疗程2... 目的考察减味生肌玉红膏联合常规治疗对难治性糖尿病足患者的临床疗效。方法60例患者随机为对照组和观察组,每组30例,在常规治疗(控制血糖、营养神经、营养支持等)基础上,对照组给予复方磺胺嘧啶锌凝胶,观察组给予减味生肌玉红膏,疗程20周。检测中医证候评分、创面愈合率、TNF-α、IL-6、AGEs、血常规(WBC、RBC、PLT)、肝肾功能指标(ALT、AST、SCr、BUN)变化。结果观察组创面愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候评分、TNF-α、IL-6、AGEs、WBC降低(P<0.05),其中中医证候评分、TNF-α、IL-6、AGEs低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血常规、肝肾功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论减味生肌玉红膏联合常规治疗可下调糖尿病足患者TNF-α、IL-6、AGEs水平,抑制炎症反应,提高溃疡创面愈合率,改善患足局部症状,安全性较高。 展开更多

[目的]观察红藤加减汤联合西药治疗盆腔炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例住院患者按病志号抽签随机分为两组。对照组44例头孢硫咪150mg+5%葡萄糖250m L,2次/d,静滴;替硝唑,100m L/次,2次/d,静滴。治疗组44例红藤加减汤(甘草5g,桃仁10g,白芷、赤芍、牡丹皮、丹参、金银花各15g,红藤、蒲公英各30g;严重湿热加苍术10g;腰膝酸软加牛膝、杜仲各15g;下腹疼痛剧烈加川芎、延胡索各10g;严重盆腔瘀血加红花、桃仁各10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、盆腔包块、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈13例,显效15例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率93.18%;对照组痊愈8例,显效11例,有效12例,无效13例,总有效率70.45%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]红藤加减汤联合西药治疗盆腔炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。 展开更多

This paper introduced domestic and overseas status, the historical evolution and the development history of earthquake disaster reduction planning. The urgencies and realistic significance were analyzed to carry out earthquake disaster reduction planning for districts or countries in the northwest. With Hongsibao District in Wuzhong City, Ningxia Province as an example, this article analyzed in detail the present situation and the special problems of earthquake disaster reduction planning in Northwest China. The relevant solving measures were put forward in order to offer a reference for the scientific establishment and effective implementation of earth- quake disaster reduction planning in Northwest China. The foundation of earthquake disaster reduction in the Hongsibao District is still very weak, there is a single earthquake monitoring means, the emergency rescue system is not complete, the working mechanism is not perfect, and the lack of funding for the work of earthquake disaster reduction. 展开更多

Methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) at Pt and Pt electrode surface deposited with various amounts of Ru (denoted as PtxRuy, nominal coverage y is 0.17, 0.27, and 0.44 ML) in 0.1 mol/L HClO4+0.5 mol/L MeOH has been studied under potentiostatic conditions by in situ FTIR spectroscopy in attenuated-total-reflection con guration and di erential electro-chemical mass spectrometry under controlled flow conditions. Results reveal that (i) CO is the only methanol-related adsorbate observed by IR spectroscopy at all the Pt and PtRu electrodes examined at potentials from 0.3 V to 0.6 V (vs. RHE); (ii) at Pt0.56Ru0.44, two IR bands, one from CO adsorbed at Ru islands and the other from COL at Pt substrate are detected, while at other electrodes, only a single band for COL adsorbed at Pt is observed; (iii) MOR activity decreases in the order of Pt0.73Ru0.27〉Pt0.56Ru0.44〉Pt0.83Ru0.17〉Pt; (iv) at 0.5 V, MOR at Pt0.73Ru0.27 reaches a current e ciency of 50% for CO2 production, the turn-over frequency from CH3OH to CO2 is ca. 0.1 molecule/(site sec). The influence of the drop-casted nickel boride catalyst loading on glassy carbon electrodes was investigated in a spectroelectrochemical ATR-FTIR thin-film flow cell applied in alkaline glycerol electrooxidation.The continuously operated radial flow cell consisted of a borehole electrode positioned 50μm above an internal reflection element enabling operando FTIR spectroscopy.It is identified as a suitable tool for facile and reproducible screening of electrocatalysts under well-defined conditions,additionally providing access to the selectivities in complex reaction networks such as glycerol oxidation.The fast product identification by ATR-IR spectroscopy was validated by the more time-consuming quantitative HPLC analysis of the pumped electrolyte.High degrees of glycerol conversion were achieved under the applied laminar flow conditions using 0.1 M glycerol and 1 M KOH in water and a flow rate of 5μL min^(–1).Conversion and selectivity were found to depend on the catalyst loading,which determined the catalyst layer thickness and roughness.The highest loading of 210μg cm^(–2)resulted in 73%conversion and a higher formate selectivity of almost 80%,which is ascribed to longer residence times in rougher films favoring readsorption and C–C bond scission.The lowest loading of 13μg cm^(–2)was sufficient to reach 63%conversion,a lower formate selectivity of 60%,and,correspondingly,higher selectivities of C_(2)species such as glycolate amounting to 8%.Thus,only low catalyst loadings resulting in very thin films in the fewμm thickness range are suitable for reliable catalyst screening. 展开更多

Bimetallic catalysts can improve CO2 reduction efficiency via the combined properties of two metals.CuPd shows enhanced CO2 reduction activity compared to copper alone.Using differential electrochemical mass spectrometry(DEMS)and electrochemical infrared(IR)spectroscopy,volatile products and adsorbed intermediates were measured during CO2 and CO reduction on Cu and CuPd.The IR band corresponding to adsorbed CO appears 300 mV more positive on CuPd than that on Cu,indicating acceleration of CO2 reduction to CO.Electrochemical IR spectroscopy measurements in CO-saturated solutions reveal similar potentials for CO adsorption and CO3^2-desorption on CuPd and Cu,indicating that CO adsorption is controlled by desorption of CO3^2-.DEMS measurements carried out during CO reduction at both electrodes showed that the onset potential for reduction of CO to CH4 and CH3OH on CuPd is about 200 mV more positive than that on Cu.We attribute these improvements to interaction of Cu and Pd,which shifts the d-band center of the Cu sites. 展开更多

A continuous online in situ attenuated total reflection Fourier-transform infrared(ATR-FTIR)spectroscopic technique was used to investigate the adsorption and desorption kinetics of heptyl xanthate(KHX)on the surface of ZnO and Cu(Ⅱ)activated ZnO.The results showed that Cu(Ⅱ)facilitated the xanthate adsorption process on the surface,and led to the formation of cuprous xanthate(CuX),dixanthogen(X_(2))and xanthate aggregates.The adsorption of xanthate on the surface of ZnO and Cu(Ⅱ)activated ZnO was found to both follow the pseudo-first-order kinetic model.When the NaOH solution was used as a desorption agent,the adsorbed xanthate can largely be removed due to the competition between OH^(−)and HX−.However,for Cu(Ⅱ)activated ZnO,the peak intensities at 1197 and 1082 cm^(−1) had no obvious weakening,and the absorption intensities at 1261 and 1026 cm^(−1) increased in the first 5 min,indicating an ion-exchange reaction between OH^(−)and surface zinc bonded xanthate HX−and the reorganization of adsorbed xanthate. 展开更多

Protic ionic liquid (PIL) triethylammonium acetate was prepared by mixing equimolar amounts of acetic acid and triethylamine, and then studied using the combination of the Attenuated Total Reflection Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, in-situ infrared spectroscopy, pH, and conductivity titration measurements. It was found that the equimolar synthesized triethylammonium acetate was separated into two layers, which suggesting that there were both chemical and phase equilibrium in this solution. Molecular species could be directly observed in the IR spectra over the range of 1200-1800 cm-1 and also checked by 1H NMR. Based on analysis, the upper layer was rich in amine with little acid and PIL, and the down layer was rich in PIL with residual acetic acid and amine. And single PIL-rich layer could be separated into two layers again when the mole ratio of newly added triethyamine to the theoretical produced triethylammonium acetate reached 0.12. 展开更多
