We studied how bioflocculants,produced by white-rot fungi,affect flocculation in slime water.Based on a test in an orthogonal design,flocculation conditions were optimized.The results show that flocculation activity is at its highest when the following conditions are met:slime water concentration 27.42 g/L;coagulant aid(CaCl_2) mass concentration 5.0 g/L;two-segment stirrings:the first at a stirring speed of 60 r/min for 180 s and the second 180 r/min for 60 s;a pH of 11 and a flocculant concentration of 15 mL/L.The flocculation activity can be up to 98.71%of bioflocculants at the time.Further experiments indicate that most of the flocculation active material is found outside the mycelium cells.This is the extracellular secretion produced by mycelium cells during the fermentation process.This flocculant has strong thermal stability.Many kinds of cations have a flocculation function to assist bioflocculants.This aid-flocculation effect of the divalent cation Ca^(2+) is obvious in the bioflocculant produced by the white-rot fungus.Therefore,this is of great value when applied to control engineering in the battle against water pollution. 展开更多

On the basis of flocculating settling experimentation on flotation waste coal in Wangfenggang coal preparation plant,influence of medical dosage and cationization (CD) of CPAM samples on coal slurry's flocculating effect was studied,difference of flocculating effect on coal slurry among different categories of polyacrylamide was discussed.Experi- mental results show that when the dosage of flocculant reaches 2-4 g/m^3 flotation waste, and the CD of CPAM is 5%,flocculating effect is the best,light transmittance of super- natant liquor reaches 93%.Taking 3types of sample CPAM,PAM and PHP,which formula weight vary a little,to deal with the same concn of coal slurry,when medicine dosage is 3 g/m^3,flocculating effect of CPAM is the best,light transmittance of supernatant liquor reaches 92%. 展开更多

Single DNA Condensation Induced by Hexammine Cobalt with Molecular Combing

We investigated the interaction between DNA and hexammine cobalt III [Co(NH3)6]3+ by a simple molecular combing method and dynamic light scattering. The average extension of A- DNA-YOYO-1 complex is found to be 20.9μm, about 30% longer than the contour length of the DNA in TE buffer (10 mmol/L Tris, 1 mmol/L EDTA, pH=8.0), due to bis-intercalation of YOYO-1. A multivalent cation, hexammine cobalt, is used for DNA condensation. We find that the length of DNA-[Co(NH3)6]3+ complexes decrease from 20.9 μm to 5.9μm as the concentration of the [Co(NH3)6]3+ vary from 0 to 3 μmol/L. This observation provides a direct visualization of single DNA condensation induced by hexammine cobalt. The results from the molecular combing studies are supported by dynamic light scattering investigation, where the average hydrodynamic radius of the DNA complex decreases from 203.8 nm to 39.26 nm under the same conditions. It shows that the molecular combing method is feasible for quantitative conformation characterization of single bio-macromolecules. 展开更多

《葛仙翁太极冲玄至道心传》是一部道家内丹修炼的经典著作,为《道藏辑要》《藏外道书》《道藏精华》等大型丛书收录,作者署名为凝阳子,其真实姓名学界尚无定论。通过考证6个不同版本的藏本,发现《修养须知》《道藏辑要》《道藏精华》3... 《葛仙翁太极冲玄至道心传》是一部道家内丹修炼的经典著作,为《道藏辑要》《藏外道书》《道藏精华》等大型丛书收录,作者署名为凝阳子,其真实姓名学界尚无定论。通过考证6个不同版本的藏本,发现《修养须知》《道藏辑要》《道藏精华》3个版本为一个传本系统,皆为凝阳子所纂;而上海图书馆藏本、黄氏观蝶楼藏本以及《九天紫府金丹秘旨》3种同属另外一个传本系统,均收录刘文彬所作序言。经分析引用诗句的写作时间,排除了董守志和朱本中为作者的可能性,确定作者为刘文彬。稽考刘文彬事迹,发现与《文昌大洞经》的作者刘文彬在籍贯、道家内丹修炼、寻师访道等多个纬度上的形象重合。 展开更多
